Residence Inn Scottsdale Salt River

There is no hot tub its a whirlpool. The bed is very uncomfortable. We went down to play cards at night and was told they could not touch the air which was in the lobby and was very very hot. It just was not a pleasant stay. During checkout I expressed my frustration and was told ok....

Amazing property, exactly what we were looking for in our trip for our anniversary. Husband said it was very comfortable room. We wished we stayed longer to use the amenities offered. The agent who checked us in was so helpful with helping us find a place for dinner. Perfect start to our trip.

The staff was very accommodating. Had actually been at another resort and finished up our vacation at your location. I called the day prior to see if we could check in early rather than having to wait til 4 since our other checkout time was 10. I was told to call back day of and we were given a room by about 10:30 we were very impressed with the staff. We Definately stay there again on our next trip.

Watch out for extra charges. Charge for using a credit card. Charge for parking.

Rooms were clean staff was nice TV didn’t work and they replaced it immediately.

The breakfast was great, we really enjoyed it. And the breakfast staff was very nice and courteous. We had a nice and relaxing morning at the pool and hot tub. The room was a surprise, we didn’t expect a fully equipped kitchen, a full size refrigerator, and a small sitting area with a couch. Overall, it was a wonderfull experience. We like everything about this place except that the hotel rooms corridor has a very strong pet odor. I understand that this is a pet-friendly hotel, but adding a little fragrance along the corridor would help to mask the smell of stall pet fur.

Nice hotel for the price! Looks to be a relatively new hotel! Room was clean and it was nice having the living room area and kitchen! Breakfast was great and staff, particularly the breakfast. Staff was very hard-working. Definitely enjoyed the fresh waffles for breakfast.
