Every single employee meet interacted with was great! By far the best value for price and overall experience with any Phx hotel we've stayed at.

Housekeeping has scope of improvement.

The corner studio suite was clean and very comfortable. The bed was plush and welcoming. Only one small critic, the vanity area was a little dark since there was no light over the mirror
-
However you are not told till you get there that there is a fee for parking. Buildings are not marked outside at all, so it is confusing which building you are needing to go to so you can find your room. I had to enter 3 different buildings to finally find ours. I was stopped by others that it is confusing as well.

Very nice place, only problem is that you have to pay for parking

Was placed into a room with bed bugs clearly visible. Guy at desk was wondering how that was possible since EcoLab had just been there. Was moved to another room which didnt have bed bugs but was missing coffee pot and dishes. Definitely not going back.

Front staff was great, good breakfast, family friendly and a clean & safe area.

Air conditioner in the room was right next to the bed and very noisy making it difficult to sleep.

Cross your fingers that they have the room you paid for when you arrive and check in!!!

I will have to think twice to stay again, no way.
