My friend and I stayed here and had a lovely time. Although there was a slight delay in getting our room the staff was accommodating and ended up upgrading us. The restaurant had great breakfast options and the cafe was yummy too. Any staff we interacted with was great and the site itself was beautiful.

Kimpton Miralina has a lot of good things going for it. Location is great. The bar staff are wonderful. The rooms are nice. The desert boho vibe is great. The not great would be the cramped gym that never had cleaning wipes available, the bathrooms in the rooms were dated and the grout was gross, and finally there is a major renovation on the property going on that’s pretty unsightly.

Room had a few grasshoppers in it so we switched rooms the day before we flew out. We had to pay for a room “upgrade” because they was unable to accommodate early check although I called ahead. Lots of construction going on. It has a luxury motel type of vibe. The check in and bar area was nice to hang out at though

The staff at the front desk were nice and promised me a refund for my stay. It’s a construction zone with random people loitering around. No gate so anyone could drive right up to your exterior door at any time. The room smelled awful. The pools looked dirty and apparently for $50 anyone can get in.

definitely it was one of my best calm and quite stays in Phoenix, the Breakfast was so good

The property is beautiful. We booked a villa but it seemed as if they weren’t ready for people to book. Our first room had issues with the lights not turning off and we were moved to another villa with toilet issues, and the tv didn’t work right. There was also no private pool for those in the villas. It was not open or built yet. This was one of the main reasons we booked one. I was given some room credit, free breakfast, and many free drink tickets. Management was apologetic and listened to my concerns. I would like to return once the property is 100% from the remodel. The spa was amazing the main pool was great. Overall our first night of 3 was not great but the rest of the nights were better.

Our rooms were renovated with a lack of attention to detail. (Door handles and hinges painted)

The beds and bathroom area didn’t get the upgraded that was needed. Seems that it was just painted and more furniture brought in. The way the faucet is positioned on the vanity gets water all over the vanity. The door had a slight gap and was not flush.

Perfection/ loved it

Location and pools. Restaurant over priced and not to many options. Bar to small for people.

The place is clean and welcoming. There is currently a major renovation going on, but this is not felt by the guests. For this reason, I also received an upgrade to a better villa due to the upcoming renovation. To accommodate us in the room one hour earlier than the check-in time, we were asked for $35, given that the room was ready and we didn't want this a few hours earlier. One hour!!! This is unacceptable. Breakfast - something that is not mentioned in Booking is that they give you a voucher for $27 and you have to order from the menu in the restaurant, where the cheapest option starts at $17-18. You want coffee - you pay, you want juice - you pay.. In the end, your bill comes out much more than these $27... that's a shame

Rooms could use a bigger fridge and a microwave to reheat leftovers.

It’s so nice. The pool is clean and not crowded. Stayed in a king Casita with a living room and dining area. Ordered Door Dash because I didn’t want to waste time leaving the premises!
