location, good beds, nice buffet breakfast, super clean there is no elevator to the upper floors, but was not a problem

Spacious, clean and within walking distance to Old Town restaurants and shopping. Breakfast and the gym were good too.

Nice space, comfy bed, clean bathrooms. Very big living room space and kitchen.

Will be back for sure!

1. The 2BR unit we’ve booked for 2 years now is clean and spacious! It’s as good as a condo anywhere. Comfortable clean king beds, tiled showers, along with a sleeper sofa in the living area. 2. The breakfast area is as good as any I’ve ever seen. The options change daily from the hot foods with cereal, oatmeal, toppings, coffee, juices, and none sitting in boxes or yogurt in plastic containers! 10⭐️breakfast area. 3. The grounds and courtyard are full of sitting, a large pool and hot tub, an outdoor grill, etc. Around the units parking is spacious and plentiful. 4. You’re located in an area full of restaurants and nightlife. No auto is really needed. We walked to dinner every evening. If you’re in to walking it’s only about .9 miles to the real “Old Town Scottsdale”. (It’s worth visiting) Just for fun, take a “Waymo” and ride in a driverless car! They’re everywhere! If you don’t want to leave there is a bar on property open till 10 each night. Nancy was bright and welcoming. 5. The employees are happy and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile and they were courteous and helped us with a sofa bed that wouldn’t close and no towels at the pool area. My golf group will be back next time. The central location and affordability make Hyatt House our best option!

everything was great!

Location to old town is great and walking distance to a number of places was really convenient. The room was also cold when we first checked in. I feel so often you walk into a warm room and immediately need to turn the ac down at other places. Room was large and overall worth what we paid. Found it a little hard to find with it sharing an entrance with an apartment complex and if you come from the backside GPS tries to get you to go through the apartments. Would stay again

Bed was amazing, room was spacious, location, how quiet it was. The layout of the hotel was like a resort and super cozy. A bit too expensive for what it is. Could be a bit more elevated for that price in regards to aesthetics in the room.

Very good and convenient, the staff during breakfast were very kind with my baby, I loved the way they tried to interact with him and make his time in breakfast better. The pool could have been cleaner, and they could have had more variety of food during breakfast.
