The toilet did not work properly despite someone having to take a look at it. Also the bathroom was very low on the conditioner and overall the room could have been cleaner

Was great. Except. Cleaning people only emptied the trash cans only. No fixing beds. No washing dishes in sink. Only trash. But otherwise great deal

Our check in process was easy, the AC was out in the lobby, so it was a little warm inside the building. But our room was clean, AC worked, and we had a good stay.

The location was great! Close to everything we were there for. The staff was incapable of doing their job. The hotel was oversold and I booked a room with 2 Queen beds and they put us into a King room even though I booked 2 beds. I was there with my teenage son who is 6’5. We definitely needed 2 beds. There was only one working elevator and the A/C was broken in the elevators and whole lobby level. The keys to our hotel room doors were not working and had to be reprogrammed every time we needed to get in our rooms for the first 2 nights. I asked for extra pillows and blankets to be sent to our room multiple times and they were never brought up. I had to physically go get them from the front desk after they said they would be put in our room at least 3 times. They definitely seemed extremely short staffed.

Wonderful place to stay with family. We were able to play games on site with their huge connect four and pool table. They also had games upon request. Room, Pool, Sauna, Gym were all great and staffed with all necessities. Awesome staff everywhere!

Lobby was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was a nice temperature. Very convenient location. The room’s kitchenette was nice. Tyler, the night front desk attendant was great. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Poor communication with front desk (crystal). House keeping did not refresh our kitchenette the entirety of our stay. Someone’s dog defecated on a cactus by the front door and it remained there all week despite bringing it to the hotel’s attention.

Nice room, great with my family, enjoyed the pool and free parking!
