Spacious and clean rooms... Kitchenette is a bonus! Staff are kind and welcoming. Breakfast quality and options could be better but stay was a good experience overall. Perfect for families!

Staff, cleanliness, amenities, commodity, A/C, breakfast, everything was amazing!

Not overly clean and smells like smoke but the staff is nice.

Great staff, very accommodating and friendly. The location is ideal. The free washing machines and dryers are nice. The gym is very good. The breakfast is pretty good. The hotel needs water dispensers to refill water bottles, etc... The lack of water in the lobby is a big drawback in this hot and dry climate.

The breakfast is not very good. It does not compare to what it used to be when it was Holiday Inn. They have also started charging for parking which used to be free. The elevator makes a scraping sound so we use the stairs. The ice machine did not work.

Everything! The staff was friendly and adapted to a change in our need for only one evening’s stay. Very clean!

Close to everywhere we needed to be.

Don’t stay here. The AC fan was so loud I couldn’t sleep at all. The pool was gross. The food was terrible. The bed was uncomfortable and they don’t make the bed or clean the room every day.

All around very nice boutique hotel. Loved the decor. Front desk staff was very accommodating. Maybe the coffee and real cream not small containers. And heavy cream would be awesome!

We had a great stay! The breakfast had a really good variety of choices, which was a nice way to start the morning. The only little hiccup was during breakfast when another guest got bread stuck in the toaster and accidentally set off the fire alarm 😂—definitely an unexpected way to wake everyone up! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. This is also a great place to stay with children. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and one thing I really appreciated was how quiet the room was. I couldn’t hear anything from the room next door, so the soundproofing was excellent and made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience and would definitely stay here again!

We rented 4 rooms. 3 of which had issues.. one bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush, guy came up and used plunger and dripped toilet water ALL over the toilet, and floor. Discussing. Two air conditioners were so rattling loud couldn’t sleep, doors were squeaky. Check in gal was not helpful, and wasn’t very nice.

Clean and comfortable room/beds. Loved the kitchenette and fridge. AC worked great and was quiet. Smart TV was easy to use to log into Netflix etc. Location was good. Very close to old town. Majority of the staff was very kind and courteous. Non disclosed $15 a day parking charge plus tax. Ridiculous. I hate price gouging tactics. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The free breakfast is ok. The eating area is very clean and spacious. The food choices are limited but adequate and appreciated.
