This hotel is beautiful and conveniently located in north Scottsdale! Had to book it in a pinch and it worked out so well. Breakfast was amazing and refreshing! Dog friendly as well!

The rooms are always clean, and I appreciate the well appointed kitchen, too.

Good sized room. Appreciated having 3 work surfaces for: luggage, space to work on my pc and space to apply makeup!

Was outstanding everday

I was billed for parking , although I did not park at the location. Luckily I caught this error and it took multiple days to get reimbursed for this mistake. It is concerning, that this is happening to others.

Our room had a pull-out couch with heavy stains on both cushions. We tried to flip it over to use the other side but it also had stains and were even worse. We didn't get a very clean feeling and were unfortunately uncomfortable with the rest of the surfaces.

Spacious and clean rooms with all the perks I needed, and a great breakfast of hot foods and fruit and cereals.

Very nice room and great amenities!

I liked the location and overall appearance Although the breakfast was okay, some great fruits such as kiwi would have been nice

We were there for two weeks after surgery. When we checked in we were told that the room would be done every other day. It wasn’t. When we checked out he said we only empty the garbage every other day the other parts of the room are done every five days. We showed him two sheets of paper where it said it was gonna be done every other day and he said, oh we need update those. They didn’t even empty our garbage at all the last week were there. We noticed in the breakfast room they didn’t clean up till about four hours after breakfast and we don’t think the hallway was ever vacuumed

This place is pretty consistent! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and the breakfast is pretty substantial as well. It’s quiet. The staff was helpful as well.

It was an ok hotel. We stayed here because of a golf tournament our child was in. The breakfast wasn’t worth what we paid “free”. The carpets desperately need a cleaning. The room had a sign in the bathroom letting us know their cleaning was an every other day thing. No made up beds in between, no fresh towels unless asked. Not a big deal but on our third day there they came and took our dirty towels and didn’t do anything else. We even had to call and ask for new towels so we could use the shower again. No beds made ever for the 5 days we were there, no trades removed. There is a kitchenette and it was never touched. The bathroom didn’t get cleaned, the shower nothing. I think I’ll look into other hotels in the area next time. This place’s only redeeming qualities were location and the desk staff.

and in the room the one chair had wheels on it so I could sit at it. I don’t like their policy of doing the bathroom and bed every other day especially it seems like more than 3 to 5 days. The vacuuming is every five days which seems to be for the hallways too. Don’t recommend this for post surgery recovery.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was good sized, The room was not clean - the room could not have been vacuumed or the tile floor mopped. There was visible dirt/debris on the carpet in many places. There were stains on the tile from spills that were not cleaned. After walking bare foot in the room all night, when I got in the shower the next morning, black dirt washed off the bottom of my feet from going bare foot. There was a cricket in the room that chirped all night. The USB chargers in the lamps did not work, The light on the table next to the sofa flickered on and off all the time so we could not use it. I was surprised by the $10 parking fee was was not in the web listing. The breakfast was average. The tables for breakfast were not clean or wiped off. I will not stay here again!

Good size room, with modest size kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Room was not clean - dirt, debris on tile in kitchen and on carpet area. Tile had dirty spots from spilled items - likely was not mopped. I walked around the room in bare feet all night then when I took a shower in the morning black dirt came off in the water. Breakfast nothing great and tables in dinning area had not ben wiped down or cleaned. Surprised by the $10/night parking charge. Would not stay here again.
