The room was nice and clean and comfortable

The carpet in the hallways had small bits of trash. The breakfast was well picked over and didn't seem to be refreshed(at 8am). There was a huge black square of ?mold above the shower. The hotel is tired and needs some sprucing up.

The location is the only thing I really liked about this facility. Nothing was comfortable, everything was very dirty, the upstairs neighbor was stomping around all night, and someone down the hall had a dog barking all night.

It was a great place for a short stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

It was nice The tv didn’t work in our room and when we switched rooms the stove didn’t work in that room but the front desk was very nice and accommodating

All staff members we spoke with were very helpful, including during breakfast. Only issue we had was with our first room. When we opened the door it was obvious the room had been smoked in… A LOT! It was pretty frustrating after driving all day to finally get to our room only to have to head back to the office. We were given another room very quickly. However I have to wonder if housekeeping reported the smoking in the room? Maybe they did and it was ignored. Either way it was an annoyance. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Our room was incredibly clean, and tbe check in/check iut process was streamlined with the staff having wonderful attitudes.

I arrived to the hotel and was told my room was booked incorrectly so if I wanted the appropriate size room I would have the cancel and rebook through Expedia. I was offered no solution or explanation, just told to talk to Expedia. Also, the front door was locked at night and you had to speak through a telephone to the desk manager. Even after knowing I had a reservation she wouldn’t let me in for several minutes. It did not make me feel safe in the area and I would avoid booking here.

I will come back anytime there and I will tell family and friends to come there

Janeen helped me with rebooking my stay. She was lovely. I didn’t have to do a thing.

Property could use a deep cleaning. Amenities were great. Pool was clean. Staff was helpful.

After looking under the bed I checked out and continued my stay at another hotel for the rest of the week.

The kitchen set up was nice Rooms were very dirty when contacted staff they moved me to 3 different rooms all still extremely dirty then later told me to check out they couldn’t help me and they could not give me a refund
