Very nice and clean. Staff was excellent. I did not like that there was and extra fee to park. Yes there was a parking deck that was very convenient to the floor of our room but that should be included in the price of the room. Our only other option was to park on a busy street and carry all our luggage down the sidewalk to the hotel. And a parking place on the street was not guaranteed since it was in town.

They always have clean rooms and a fabulous breakfast but not this time. The breakfast was disappointing. They used some horribly tasting eggs and the sausages were not cooked. I think they were microwaved. The room was average. We also had to pay $12/day for parking. What’s up with that?

It apparently wasn’t pet friendly which I didn’t know at the time. The lady at the front desk chased me down to yell at me that the hotel wasn’t pet friendly to which I said “ok? What do you want me to do?” I clearly didn’t know that. Got charged $150

Very good

We stayed for the weekend that the Savannah Bananas were playing. The temperature of the lobby and the rooms was excellent. Our room was clean, sheets, comfy, and the pillows had both options of firm and not firm. We even slept 10 hours each night. The breakfast was appropriate with different options for different food tastes.

It was clean and quite

The air conditioning made noise the entire night. It was the only room left at the hotel. The room.

Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable, centrality located to where we were going! Nothing. It was great!

Manager was affable but ultimately ineffective in addressing any of our concerns. The entire facility seemed in generally poor condition and most of that seems due to lack of maintenance and basic cleaning. I could go on, but it’s pointless.

We liked the fact that we could park our car in the garage on the same floor of our room. The breakfast was good and had a wide variety of things and the breakfast staff was very engaging, friendly, pleasant and courteous. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. However, the one drawback for us was the corridor leading from garage to our room and the room itself was very musty.

Friendly Staff and Breakfast was good I didn't like having to pay for parking.
