The property is stunning and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast at a shared table of 8 people from very different walks of life and it was so interesting and fun. We will definitely be back again.

The house is beautiful, the staff was exceptional, breakfast was delicious.

We absolutely loved the room. gorgeous building. perfect walkable location. The breakfasts in the morning were varied and delicious. The staff were super welcoming. Overall, a perfect stay. Honestly, we onky look fondly on our time at Catherine Ward House.

The staff was wonderful! I had three breakfasts while I was there; each was delicious and varied each day, with very generous portions. My room was very comfortable and quiet, with easy access to on-site parking, which was important to me since I drove my own car. The location was great, just across from Forsyth Park. It was an easy walk to a variety of restaurants and various sites around Savannah, and there was access to public transportation. The inn is very nice, but one area of improvement is the toiletries. There was no hand lotion offered and the tiny bar of generic soap was not what I expected of an establishment of that caliber. Most B&B's and even mid-level hotels now use wall-mounted dispensers that dispense quality products.

Easily accessible and quiet neighborhood. Nothing.

Gorgeous old house with real class and style…and right next to Forsyth Park….easy to walk into town. Nothing

We loved our stay at the Catherine Ward house and would totally come again! Beautiful house, very nice staff, lovely freshly cooked breakfasts. Great location too Bed was bit bouncy and the family who stayed on the same floor was very noisy, but that wasn't the hotels fault

It is a whole experience. Beautiful historic house. We felt like home. The location is quiet and a block away from Forsythe Park, with public transportation block and a half away. The Internet was a little slow, and the TV channel offer is quite basic.

The house is really really cute and in a great location The host is was very nice I was honestly very disappointed with breakfast as it’s one of the main reasons I chose that property. I’m a breakfast lover and everyone was raving about their breakfast. Well not my style at all… Also the mattress and pillows could be better

The breakfast was nicely presented but egg casserole was dry and asparagus undercooked. Rolls were delicious. Room was dated, one of the chairs had a broken arm rest, television was old and had a poor picture. The amenities in the room were poor. No lotion, soap bar was tiny, as were shampoo and conditioner. We did not like being out in the carriage house, as there was no coffee or tea provisions in the room. Location of the house was very good. Hostess was very nice. For more than $400 a night it was very bad value. Only two waters were provided and then you were asked to refill in the main house from a filtered water container. In the afternoon that container was empty. It was 90 degrees in Savannah we needed water! Provide at least a medium soap bar, some lotion and enough shampoo and conditioner for the two days we were there. The TV was very poor quality and old. For what was charged per night we expected much higher quality amenities.

Charming property and the breakfast was awesome!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Great location, house, rooms, staff, and a tremendous breakfast. Really enjoyed our time with other guests at the breakfast table.
-
Attentive, friendly, thoughtful wordly hospitality
-
Room spotless staff courteous. Bed mattress too soft, uncomfortable sleeping.

We only stayed one night but wish we'd had longer! The house is beautiful, the staff is very pleasant and accommodating, the need was super comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious!

This charming place is so well located if you want to be next to Forsyth Park and away from the bustle of the more touristy areas along the river and downtown. Quiet, tasteful decorated, incredibly friendly staff. With all the charm of a grand old Savannah house and all the comfort of staying with family where you can help yourself to the coffee and tea in the kitchen. It doesn’t have a bar or a pool. There is no scene. It’s the perfect hideaway. The only reason I didn’t rate it higher was due to a leaky air conditioner in our bathroom which could not get fixed over the weekend. I’m sure it’s fixed by now.
