The hotel is not in as good of condition as the photos show. It’s a bit worn and not well maintained. Stains in the showers, water didn’t get hot and handle was nearly broken, pressure was not great, a sticker on a towel, sticky spots on the laminate floors, loud noises from the upstairs room. We asked for an iron because there wasn’t one on the room and it left black residue on my shirt. They brought us a new iron that got the job done. This was not one of our better hotel stays. We booked a room with a king bed but was told they were overbooked and didn’t have one for us so we settled for a two queen room with free parking thrown in. But it was more affordable than being in downtown Santa Fe.

Breakfast was very good Broken tv control, shower control very tight and difficult to turn and adjust, poor attention to detail. Hand towel rack mounted crooked

Nice staff, Clean, breakfast was OK. Kind of hard to get into and out of since it was a little off the main highway but it worked.

Clean and convenient to the airport.

Nice room and roomy. The only complaint I have is the air conditioner is so loud when it clicks on. You cannot hear the television at all. Everything else was fine. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, as we ate out every morning or went for coffee and pastries.

Noisy, could hear front desk phones ringing all the time. Noisy construction. Had to repeatedly ask for the coffee to be replenished at the breakfast. The fresh fruit was inedible. At the store I asked for a beer they had on display, but it was not stocked for some reason. Overall I would not recommend this place, unfortunately.

Only use this hotel in Santa Fe, it’s well lit at night ample easy parking, very quiet beautiful Mountain View’s but most of all, the staff always goes above and beyond to cater to you, Carmen, philipp, genovevo, the two gentlemen in restaurant are above and beyond in serving keeping everything fresh and clean in food delivery, the coffee is superb won’t go anywhere else, shuttle on request.love the place.

I needed to use the cup inserted into the coffee maker but the cup still had red lipstick inside and out!

Room was spacious and had everything I needed. The breakfast is also a very nice perk that not all hotels offer. I also liked having the fitness center available since the weather made it difficult to be outdoors.

The hotel was adequate. It was located very far away from central Santa Fe. The last night I stayed there, the ceiling in my room leaked and there was water all over the floor as a result. Breakfast was adequate but not especially appealing.

Nice location, and helpful staff

Loved the location, close to so many downtown popular spots. Plus not to far from farther historic landmarks Blankets could’ve been cleaner

Adolpho ? Ramirez in the breakfast area was friendly, joyful, smiling and great to greet everyone, kept plenty of food ready, cleaned tables, a jack of all trades! He was on duty Sunday. They no longer have real plates and utensils. They now use paper plates, bowls and cheap plastic utensils. Can not fit a plate or bowl into the waste container because it has a very small round opening to dispose your used items. They now charge for parking! Been going for years and parking was free plus real dishes! Young lady on duty at front desk Sunday was very friendly. Spent 4 days and 3 nights.
