Hotel Inn Santa Fe

Room was basic. Hotel very very run down unfortunately. Staff was nice I think they may be undergoing a renovation soon.

The property had trash can over flowing, capets where gummy feeling. Staff was nice tho and helpful . They just need to step up on housecleaning.

Broken light in bathroom, no trash can in room, TV did not work (front desk stated I need to call them to have them 'do something' that would turn it on; shower was not operable (again front desk stated I need to turn something or another to get it to work); the room above me was so loud and disruptive until approximately 4 am. I can certainly see why the reviews say it is 'popular with couples'--OVERALL HORRIBLE STAY!!! Grounds were very poorly maintained with graffiti evident. All I needed was a place to sleep and shower for a late night's work in Santa Fe.

There was only one towel set. Only two pillows abs light bedding. Bed was too hard and felt like bed springs. Next to bar dance place with shady people.

The people were extremely nice. The place is under renovation and the room was minimalist. If you’re looking for a bargain this is probably good. If you’re looking for any amenities there weren’t any. Not even a washcloth, just towels

The hotel is in central location to everything in the area. The hotel is dated but is clean. The owners would benefit from a review of all the room for easy fixes that would change the impression significantly. Staff is very helpful. Great for quick stay if you are going to be running around taking in the area and are low maintenance. This is not a high end hotel but a good value for the money.

Dirty towels and pillowcases, cigarette burns on the sheets, stained shower curtain, stained bedspread, no blow dryer, no ironing board, leftover food crumbs on furniture, homeless people all around the property including inside on the stairwell, garbage all around the property grounds. Spend a bit more on a better hotel.

It was an amazing stay! Very helpful staff and beautiful property which was conveniently located to e writhing we came for! We will always stay here!

Fix the lights, clean the tubs etc.

Ample plugs for charging phones, cameras and helmet. The Chinese Resturant within 80 feet made it convenient since it was pouring rain. Ample high water for shower. Bed wasn’t as firm as comfortable but normal in motels.
