Very nice hotel. The room was clean and decorated appropriately for the area. The rug in our room felt clean when you walked barefoot on it. Nothing really. We had lousy weather while we were there. No fault of the hotel.

Really liked the location, quiet with a great view from the hotel. The pool was wonderful and still open in late September. The rooms were a bit dark, but nice, good beds and clean, wish we’d had a small refrigerator though since we were there for a few days. Didn’t care for the lounge much, went on a Friday evening, no table service so had to order ourselves from the bar. We had four well drinks and paid 58.00 for them, a bit pricey for what everything was. I prefer a warm welcome and to be waited on when I go to a restaurant or lounge. The hotel staff was great, friendly and accommodating the entire time, overall very nice. Great view of the thunder and lightning storms that came with the monsoon season! That was exciting!

Comportable rooms. A nice bar upstairs We enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel on the NW side. Very comfortable with excellent views. Special kudos to the chef for outstanding surprise dishes. Mid to high prices depending on budget but we'll worth it if you want a nice stay. Heated pool was a great plus in cooler weather.

Good hotel for longer stay, all facilities availabe Nothing

Beautiful location Great front desk staff Elevator seems on its last breath Wires around the hot tub ?

Room was spacious Carpet was stained and dirty. We stayed four night but never received house keeping services. We had to ask for someone to take out the garbage.
-
I have never had to pay for those services in any other hotel.

If you are traveling with a dog, it's a great place to stay. Also, the price is very good for the area and there is easy access to the main thoroughfares. However, the rooms are not well lit. The electrical plugs are on the opposite side of the room from the bed, meaning your phone, etc are not on the nightstand. There are extension cords strung in the room which makes it appear the wiring is not up-to-date. The rooms are cleaned only every three days. You can get fresh towels at the desk, but it might be a better practice to issue two per person from the start.

Location Nice big rooms We did have a bit of a musty smell in the room They are kinda dark but good to sleep in

The hotel is beautifully decorated. The decor reflects the regional decor very well. We stayed in room 413. The lighting in the room is very inadequate.
-
The room was not properly cleaned and had a significant amount of dust throughout, which I documented with photos. There were also broken or poorly maintained items in the room. For the price, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained space.
