The location was great -- we could walk to the downtown/plaza area with ease. Finding the right parking lot was a bit of a challenge. The business address is in a completely different spot than the parking lot we needed, and there were at least five different lots. We appreciated being able to park for free and close to our casita --once we found the right lot. There are maps that show where to go, but using a ride share service was difficult because they wanted to drop us off at the business address, not the correct lot. It was pouring rain so we didn't want to walk .5 miles to get to the right lot from the business address.

The location of the apartments was great, it was extremely easy to walk into the city of Santa Fe. The beds were comfortable and the overall house was large and had everything one needed. Arriving in the evening and knowing where to park was difficult as well as trying to navigate where the apartment was as it was very dark.

Well decorated, kitchen well equipped Very dark, needs more lighting in living room. Televisions did not work, the instructions left to operate them did not match the equipment , it referred to the “white box” but both modems were black. Also a climb to reach the unit .

Like the units facing the central landscape area better Sone got an ear infection after swimming in the swimming pool.

property was excellent and quiet. Close to all places to explore. Excellent sunset views. Would highly recommend.

Very lovely and clean with fully functioning appliances. Walking distance to our target for this trip: Zozobra. Close to downtown if you have sun protection. Even though I looked for her each evening, no Margarita Faerie came by.

The suite was very convenient for getting to and from Zozobra. I didn't feel welcome or comfortable using the guest laundry area. The tone and body language I was met with by a man named Hugo gave "What are you doing here?" Also, one of the staff picked up a pair of men's underwear from the floor near the washer I was using and added it to my load. I'm a woman traveling alone, it was disgusting and unsettling to find a pair of men's underwear mixed in with my clothes. I felt so uncomfortable with the whole experience that I spent $40 at a local laundromat when I needed to wash again.

Cozy place. Cute. Great for couples. Great view. Parking is far from house. Pool closes very early at 6pm. House runs warm but we did request a fan and they did bring us a box fan that worked great.

Nice location across the street from a park. Easy check in and check out. Unit was pleasant, clean, had everything we needed.

The location was wonderful. I loved the design of the condo itself, and it was furnished nicely and very clean. We had all the linens and paper products needed for our stay. The only problem that we had was that when we booked it, we were shown that we would have a queen size bed and a full bed. When we arrived, our room had a queen size bed in one room and two twin beds in the other bedroom. How comfortable do you think that it was for a 6'3" 270lb man to sleep in a twin bed? It wasn't comfortable at all.

Location was good for getting around, we cooked and the kitchen was equipped for basic cooking which was a bonus. Furnishings and decor really cool and suited the area Easy check in and check out. Communication was great with instructions. Nothing to say here.......
