I could not get the refrigator to work. The bath tub was slick as snot. The toliet paper roller didn't even have a holder. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
-
Clean room easy check in friendly staff
-
The room was very clean the staff was friendly will definitely revisit when I'm that way again perfect walking distance from the casino the scenery was beautiful
-
Great overall stay.

The bathroom had mold throughout the caulking and the entire hotel smelled strongly of bug spray. I understand bugs are a part of life and I appreciate the efforts to mitigate them but it was overwhelming. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.
-
The room is outdated and smelled of must and old cigarette smoke.
-
The room was clean

I went through a lot of trouble to secure a handicapped room. I never found a Handicapped parking space and there were no grab bars in the shower. I had two close calls.
-
The location was good. Friendly staff and easy access to casino. The rooms are a little outdated and we saw a cockroach.
-
The Room we stayed has a hole in the ceiling and spots like they n were working on the ceiling. The sink did not have a working plug. The bed and mattress were not even, the bed stuck out making it dangerous to hit your legs. The bedside table has permanent stains.
-
Chairs where dirty and stained

IT WAS A GOOD LOCATION WHERE WE CAN EXPLORE THE AREA CASIN ONEXT DOOR PARKING WAS GOOD 👍 DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND IT
-
The rooms were clean. Front desk staff were really helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again.
-
I love the deluxe doubles on the first floor. My stays are always quiet and feel safe. I didn't visit the casino. The parking is sufficient and Free. Mostly solo travelers stay here, lots of workers so it tends to be very quiet. There's a walking path that skirts Pojoaque on the south side of the parking lot
-
No alternate route to Santa Fe when road is closed due to accident. Not the hotel's fault, but I spent 2 hours traveling 11 miles to Santa Fe.
-
Great stay here every year

Nothing

If you stay for more then one night they don't clean the room and change towels, you will have to go to front desk to get them.
-
This was the first time we stayed at a Hotel/Casino on our trip across country and it won't be the last! We found the hotel to be well maintained and the room was comfortable. We ate in the casino and found it very good.
