Best Western Plus CottonTree Inn

We have stayed here many times. Clean and efficient with great central location. They should update to the larger pump style bath products to reduce the waste of bar soap and tiny shampoo/conditioner.

Shower was hard to turn on and drain didn’t drain properly. Also alarm In hallway was going off at 6 in the morning

I am always pleased with my stays here. Comfortable bed, quiet, clean.

Having a microwave in the room would of been fantastic to warm leftovers up for the grand children

Great place we stay often at!! Have had trouble getting the room we reserved the last few times. Once they were able to get us moved but often they are full and there is no options.. I think they have had some management changes in the last months to year and it shows. We could always talk to hotel staff beforehand and make sure everything was correct now you have to call first thing in the morning the day of the stay and try, often being told something that wasn't the same at check-in..

The bed Our room smelled really bad and the smell wouldn’t go away and there was a plastic bag on our smoke alarm

The A/C wasn’t great.

Every staff member was great and facilities were great.

Staff was so very kind! Check-in process was seamless and the room was very clean and the hotel quiet. Will definitely stay again.

They are always so nice...the rooms are clean...it is in a safe area close to everything you can possibly need.

Included breakfast, quiet, had facilities (gym, laundry, vending machines) Pool was not functioning . It was also further from where we needed to be than we would have liked.

The hotel was fine but the fixtures and furnishings were worn and dated. Also, the pet policy must be very relaxed. We observed a number of dogs in the hallways and the elevators smelled like a kennel.

Great location and amenities. Enjoyed our stay!
