Rooms were clean and walking distance to downtown.

One night stay, gave me a queen bed instead of king and didn’t mentioned anything until I called them. Place a run down, usb ports did not work, bathroom door could use some WD 40, we found some clothing tags on the carpet that did not belong to us, shower faucet was loose and caused for pressure to be worst we seen.

When we arrived, our room was dirty. We requested a room change, but there were no other rooms of the same type available. We were told that the room could be cleaned in 30 minutes, but that was inconvenient because we were trying to get ready and couldn’t wait that long. Additionally, we were told that breakfast was complimentary, but we were charged for it. After contacting the hotel, we were told that a refund had been processed, and we will be monitoring our bank account to make sure we receive it. For the price, we expected a better overall experience.

Overall the hotel is very well located and the staff is super helpful and very kind. The room was clean with the exception that it seem to have been renovated but they keep the old carpet so it seem to me it smelled like it was smoked in. The bathroom fan either doesn’t work or doesn’t exist, this caused that when you shower with hot water the steam triggers the fire alarm in the room unless door is kept air tight shut which make the bathroom a sauna and wet all the walls, mirror, moist towels, etc and for that same reason the thermostat temperature need to be kept at 66. Otherwise is a spacious room and bed is comfortable.

We went for GalaxyCon and the proximity to the convention center is unbeatable. Helpful staff and great dining.

The property seemed nice and it was very close to the location I was going to. Got there and left right away as we were heading to a concert but after when we came back we saw 2 cockroaches in our room, I was disgusted and at that point it was late so there was no where for us to go. I could not sleep all night thinking there might be more around. We let the front desk know and they just refunded our parking which I was not happy about. I will never be staying here again.
