I love the convenience and location, the hotel is kept clean and the staff is very courteous. Sometimes we had to request certain supplies, such as for coffee service. Also, the HVAC system needs some serious tweaks. The room temperature was not consistent, and the air was very dry at times in the room.

The noise isolation is bad. I can clearly hear the noise from elevator when I stay in the room. And of course the elevator is very busy, since 4:30am
