SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Antonio SeaWorld Lackland

The rooms were clean, just kinda weird that the toilet was separate from the shower and main sink. The main sink didnt have a light (only on the ceiling) so it was to see ones self. The breakfast was good and filling. I guess when making reservations that you have to pay for parking I didnt see that so was caught off guard when they said they would bill me for it. I guess I should have read the fine print at the bottom. Hotel was in a good location tho.

Location was near SeaWorld We stayed in Room 224. The bathroom lock was not present and obviously we were unable to lock the door. The sofa in the room was full of dust. There was a distinct smell as soon as you enter the second floor and also when you enter the room. The window glass was very dirty

Everything was great however the pictures look a little better online than in person. We only stayed one night so there was no use in amenities. $10 parking fee per day (I didn’t initially see this).

Everything was pretty great. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast with salsa and cage free eggs was a definite plus. You could hear doors closing and people in the hallway when trying to sleep. It could be better soundproofed. We had to turn on the AC fan to help create white noise to dampen the other noises.

Very badly kept.

Did not like the room configuration that separated the toilet from the shower and vanity. A couple more robe hooks in each room would be beneficial. Aside from that as a minor inconvenience, everything else was top notch for our 4-day stay. I would definitely book this facility again and would recommend it.
