SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Antonio NW at The Rim

Enjoyed stay

Welcoming receptionist NA

There was some remodeling being done on the property that did not affect our stay. Great staff and our room was clean.

Will not return there. The cleaning lady opened the door without knocking. Communication bad. TV not working. Dirty carpet. Upgrade your coffee pot. Will not recommend this hotel.

Nice but short stay!

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good and they made sure the room stayed clean the entire time, there is some remodeling good on but was quite the entire time we were there and that said a lot of a 5 day stay

And it is near great food and shopping in the Rim area below!

Great, location, grear staff, great hotel!

the fitness center was amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful we found a worn on a pillow and the smells were overwhelming

Nice, clean

Great location to stay, with restaurants options, department stores, just 7 minutes away from Six flags San Antonio and very nice staff. The only complaint was that our room had a funny smell, but we let them know and they came and put som spray, but we believe it was because of the construction that is happening at the moment that we stayed. I will come back for sure. Love the location.

Comfortable stay Enjoyed the layout of our room with the semi-separate bedroom/living area Nice that the couch transforms to a bed so our military son could stay with us

Excellent property overall. Highly recommend

I will definitely stay here again… nice hotel clean, close to everything… no outside noise… the fresh mint with cucumber water very useful!!!

yes, the staff was very friendly and supportive

Exceptional

Also communicated very well.

Exceptional

Ice moon 3rd floor was broken. Air in the room smelled foul like Farts. I was disappointed.

This hotel was Amazing. Everything was so nice and clean, the staff was super friendly. They had in the lobby water with lemon and cucumbers and some snacks. The room was wonderful, and comfy. The beds and the bathroom was amazing as well. The breakfast was fantastic we loved everything about it. This will be def the place to stay next time I come back to SAT. My short stay :(
