I appreciated the vicinity and the customer service the staff provided. I was dissatisfied with the condition and comfort of the mattress, which was sufficiently uncomfortable that I ultimately slept on the floor. The pillows were also consistently too soft and did not provide the range of firmness I have come to expect from Marriott properties. In addition, the hallway on the 10th floor was excessively humid and had an odor suggesting that the carpet had remained saturated for an extended period. The wet carpet presented a slipping hazard at the transition to the hard tile near the elevators. Although a large fan had been positioned to dry the carpet, it obstructed the elevator exit. Furthermore, no signage was provided to explain the circumstances or caution guests about the potential hazard.

Staff at Club Room was excellent! Available and quick when needed. They even made me perdect over easy eggs. Also the location is very convenient.

The room =, bed and bar service was great, clean and felt like home The AC was a bit too cold

It was clean spacious and close to the freeway Since I got there late I hoping that they had microwave pizzas or something I can heat up in the room but then again I don’t think I saw a microwave in the room so that wouldn’t have help

It was OK. It was comfortable and clean and people were very kind. I will say that the air-conditioning unit was broken and it kept turning on full blast being very loud and rackety for 60 seconds and then completely shutting off it did that for hours and disturbed my sleep when it was maybe 4 o’clock in the morning I had to go down and talk to somebody to see if they could fix it and the maintenance guy showed me a piece that looked like a motherboard and said that that needed to be added to fix this and he would come back at 9 AM and then they never came Back. There really wasn’t anything done to accommodate for the lack of proper sleep in the broken air-conditioning in the room, but the lady did create an account for me and give me 8000 points credit towards one night free which would be 16,000 points. She was very kind and did what she could. There was a lot that she was not able to do.

The property was beautiful the staff was incredible

Great hotel no complaints. First room didn’t have ac and they immediately corrected it.

It was clean, front desk team is great, only issue was trying to order breakfast for the next day it had been a long day traveling the order form is a little confusing we tried to call in the order and that was a waste of a call the lady on the phone just said we are closed and this was hours before the midnight cut off time listed on the menu.

Clean, updated, quiet at night, friendly Having to join Bonvoy to get wifi. This is a minor thing but would be nice if housekeeping could prop doors open while servicing instead of doors banging repeatedly while I’m in a meeting in a room nearby

Surprise $10 per night charge for parking. Very late 4pm check in time. No microwave in the room. No perks like breakfast. Cost of breakfast buffet downstairs was excessive. No decaf available in the room, and no coffee offered in the lobby.

I appreciated the well lit parking lot, clean rooms, and nice view of the main corridor. Checking in and out was easy and quick. Would come again.
