Carpet was soaked from the air conditioning unit. The room smelled like smoke. Although the room was spacious, the foundation of the mattress was covered in debris and hair. The door was damaged and had obviously been broken into at some point. The shower leaks and sprays water at the toilet. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to others despite friendly staff. The breakfast was bread you could toast, reconstituted eggs, potatoes, waffles, hot sauce but no ketchup, and 2 kinds of cereal. If you’re on any sort of restrictive diet this wont work for you.

Hotel was disgusting at best. Mold on the ceilings and windows, dirty floors, the smell of marijuna throughout the whole building. Food and grime on the walls and appliances. Most of the lights did not work and mysterious stains on the couch. Door to the room was not secure and felt like it had been kicked in before. Checked out 20 minutes after check in and still have not got a call from the manager to remedy a refund.

Our refrigerator didnt work. Our phone had no cord to call front desk. They siad they would send maintenance, which didn't come until we had left for the evening. I needed to store insulin, which is why we rented a room with a fridge. We came back to a room that was able to just be walked into without a key. We thought maybe a fluke. Hut left our room barricaded while we slept. Came back from breakfast, which had no coffee, no milk for cereal, very little food options. Asked for coffee they said they had none. Went back to the room and door once again could be entered wirh no key. Made sure it was shut. But others from the room came up later, and were able to walk in with no key. Particularly disturbing, because the side door from the pool cam be accessed from the street, with no key. And there were prostitutes and drug use outside. Called on cell phone to front about coffee, which they didnt answer, suddenly they had some. Just checked on bank, to see if deposit had come back yet, to find they charged TWO deposits. And are holding both. No damage. Just holding our money. Absolutely awful.

I was in a room where the tub just kept leaking leaking leaking and we couldn’t sleep so we had to go downstairs between two and 3 o’clock in the morning to get another room which we did but other than that it was OK.

Do not recommend this place. Place was awful and smelled.

I really enjoyed my stay at Quality Suites. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was easy and pleasant from check-in to check-out. I felt comfortable during my stay and would definitely come back again.

The inspector for the room checked in with us about a bed cover that she wanted to switch out to a different one because it had a stain. With her saying that and pointing it out stood out to us because it made us feel better about our stay and how much the staff values the cleanliness of the rooms. Overall out stay was an excellent experience and we are pleased that we decided to stay with this hotel. I think everything was good and we liked our stay here.

The location, the room space.

The is NO hot tub/spa, false advertising. The room was extremely hot, smelled like mold, mold stains, ac doesn’t work correctly. The manger is awful and rude, won’t take care of the problem. The ceiling in the front desk has mold and missing parts.
