La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Airport

I was told when booking online that I would be able to put my wife as the guest for check in. I went through the entire process and was never asked for her information. I was told by the hotel staff that I would have to call booking to make the change. Because my wife has been at the airport 12 hours, and was waiting on me I ended up having to hook another room resulting in me paying for two rooms for one person. Refund my money. I was not going to contact booking.com to make a change that their website stated I would be able to complete while booking.

The property was well taken care of when it comes to security outside. Staff was very helpful. The hotel was being under remodeling so it smelled like paint and the hallways had no a/c

AC in lobby and hallways was out. Room was nice and AC worked well. Staff was friendly and attentive.

comfortable bed. quiet. not able to use the shuttle service because you cannot get through to the front desk. Also, the lights in the parking lot are so bright and the curtains in the room so small and impossible to close that you think it is daytime in the room all night long.
