Exceptional

My stay was decent and the property was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that the bed in our room was hard as a rock. For two straight nights I just did not sleep well at all, and my back is still sore from that mattress. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but for what it cost to stay per night at this resort, you would think that the beds would be somewhat comfortable.

Even with construction going on stay was not affected. Second time going and will go back.

Have stayed at this resort twice in the past and loved it which is why we came back for a third time! However, this time around it was disappointing! We had to change room immediately when we got there bc we got assigned the wrong room. Hotels going through renovations and we booked a balcony room and told us it’s inaccessible due to renovations and very noisy. We ate at Cybolo moon the first evening and device was beyond poor. Took over an hour to get our drinks and then almost 1.5 hours for the food. We had kids with us and they all were cranky then eventually fell asleep before food arrived. Next day, my son wanted to play basketball at their court and we got bounced to 4 different stands to try to obtain a ball and nobody knew what to do and blamed it on the others. Manager Dj was helpful and offered some credits but the issues continued. We asked for our room to be serviced 4 times and they never got to it. House keeping manager said they had no excuse and don’t know why it was done. They thought they can fix the issue with a bottle of champagne and some bonvoy points. Front desk receptionist Jaidyn at checkout had a horrendous attitude and the credits we were told that would be applied were not and had to go through a whole another run around until she did. Terrible experience and probably would not return!

All of the staff were so kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

The room we paid for was under construction so we could not even use the balcony. The hotel was under construction and the first room the sink was clogged, the room wasn’t cleaned, and the ac was broken. The pool was not well kept up and has cups and trash in the pools.
-
I highly recommend you to call the hotel and ask when will they be done with the construction, not all amenities are available due to construction. Main bar is closed, balcony in our room was off limits, workers wake you up at 8am and all due to CONSTRUCTION!! Also, keep in mind their lazy river closes at 6 PM. Will not be going back!

Nice place well maintained. Parking isn't the greatest but otherwise we were happy.

The view was excellent I didn’t like that it was $40 a night for a roll out bed when I asked for for a double queen bed room and got a king size bed and a sofa bed

Unfortunately was very disappointed

I loved the multiple pool areas. The food in the restaurants was also amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was that one of our rooms was still unavailable when we checked in. I was really disappointed that we were unable to use the balcony. I had planned a romantic birthday for my husband on the balcony which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Neither of our rooms was able to use the balcony. One of the rooms we were given was for handicapped as well. The area for our rooms was still under construction so we also had no view. To be honest this is something I can rarely afford and it did disappoint me. There was also insufficient pool seating. We had no where to place our things.

We had a blast at the water park and loved all the activities that were planned for the families. Everything was so convenient and easy to access. The bed was also so comfortable. My husband and I thought it was weird that we couldn’t order over the phone from the steakhouse and had to go in person to order to go. It was a busy weekend but it took several hours for our luggage to get to our room and we finally had to get it ourselves.

Room was not ready front desk lady very condescending, waiting 45 for a cart ended up just carrying everything for 6 people from the 7th floor when it came to checking out.

We were blown away with the water park as well. I honestly didnt expect the park to be as big as it was. We will definitely coming back the kids next time.
