The kids had so much to do, especially around the water and lagoon area, but the resort still felt beautiful and relaxing enough for the adults. I also loved having restaurants and so many amenities right on the property. It’s one of those places where you really don’t have to leave once you arrive. As a mom, that matters. You can spend the day making memories with your kids and still have opportunities to slow down, enjoy a good meal, and actually feel like you’re on vacation too. The property itself is beautiful, the atmosphere feels welcoming, and by the end of the trip I was already thinking about reasons to come back. Definitely a place I would recommend for families, couples, or even groups looking for somewhere that feels like a getaway without having to plan every second of the trip. We’ll absolutely be back.

Clean large room. Staff was friendly.

Great stay, beautiful resort. Great time with our grand kids.

The service didn’t match the food. Our breakfast waitress seemed overwhelmed, and the language barrier made it difficult to communicate. The service at Antlers and the bar was also inattentive and disorganized. We did notice another waiter at Antlers who was friendly and engaging with everyone; we wished he had been ours. The extra charges were frustrating. Paying $25 to self-park or $50 for valet felt excessive on top of an already expensive stay. We had a great time overall, but better service and fewer added fees would make this place a perfect ten. We probably could have taken a trip to Mexico for less.

Lazy River and the activities at the Big Lagoon. Lots of shade areas. Very nice room and very comfortable beds. Good selection of food outlets. Try Bison steak at the Antler Grill it is amazing. Wish the prices were not quite so steep.

Very clean room and facilities! The room was very spacious (we had a 1 king bed room) and designed to be very homey. The lazy river and slide were the highlight for my husband and 6 year old, spent all day there with poolside food service. The lagoon was beautiful and clean, and it’s probably best for toddlers or families who want some quiet calm swim time (whereas the lazy river and slide area are more exciting). One tip about the lagoon—id say about 40% of it is roped off as a swim area near the shore, while the rest of it is for rental boating only, so my high energy 6 year was a bit disappointed that he couldn’t swim out far into the lagoon. That being said it’s a beautiful spot to relax and have some peace and quiet.

Despite paying in advance for our stay, the hotel required us to pay a daily resort fee of $60. Additionally, we were charged a $25 self-parking fee each day, even though we were guests at the hotel. If I had known that staying at the hotel would incur these extra charges, I would have chosen a different hotel in town instead.

Loved our overall stay! We did go to see the new lagoon and were a little disappointed to know that is it was limited for swimming. Everything else was great!

90% white 10% black… lagoon closed at 7 due to no staff. Paid too much for that for it not to be open when they supposed to close at 9.

We love this place! Have visited several times. Lobby bar staff are absolutely fantastic!! Love the feel of “at home” as soon as on property. Don’t allow children into Charlie’s- kids don’t belong in a bar. Give adults one place without kids on the property.

We absolutely loved our stay at your property and will definitely visit again. My daughter enjoyed the beach, paddleboarding, and the lazy river. We also loved making s'mores each night and appreciated not needing to leave the resort for entertainment. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
