We enjoyed our stay

Fantastic staff, location and comfy bed! Fun bar!

The room was spacious but needed more drawers. I love the large mirror on the wall and the counter space on the other side of the room is great!! It has only two large drawers. The blackout shutters were wonderful. Valet for hotel guests is outrageous at $69/a day. At least there is nearby non-hotel self-parking that is more affordable. The bathroom is small with toilet being in between sink and shower. Barely enough space to change outfits in the bathroom. Staff was professional and friendly. Bartender at Dorrego's (9/24/26) was amazing. I love all of the seating areas around the lobby and patio.

Arrived after ck in time by 1 1/2 and still had to wait 1/2hr to get in our room. We were exhausted and wanted to lay down.

We needed a night stay for an event at the Alamodome. Walkable 😍 we’ll stay there again.

This place is very nice and has clean rooms. My complaint, housekeeping never cleaned our room even when we put the sign out. We were there 5 days....they only came 1 time and that's because I asked management to have someone clean our room, only for them to throw out our newly purchased dinner we had tied up in a togo bag and my fresh ice tea that I didn't get a chance to drink. They took my pillow cases and did not give fresh ones and dud not vacuum. Luckily we clean behind ourselves but still unacceptable. Mgr knocked off the $22/a night hospitality fee, so I thank him for recognizing the issue. Not sure I'd stay here again...but it is decent.

Hotel is very nice and in a good location for access to downtown and the riverwalk. Very clean and well maintained. Just be aware that if you choose to valet park with them, it's $70(inc. tax) and a $22 "destination fee". Not to mention the other ridiculous fees which come to about 40% of the posted room rate by itself. However, I'm sure every hotel in SA is charging the same fees. In total it was about an extra $150 with all that added to the base room rate. If you can try parking a block or so away in a public parking garage for WAY less. Just a heads up! Room was very spacious and clean with a partial city/riverwalk view. Only stayed one night for a concert but had breakfast in restaurant and it was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Loved this property right on the beach. Great swimming and snorkeling.
-
Great location to everything
-
Excellent location, short walks to Market Place and the Alamo.Located on the RiverWalk but on a spur with not much beyond 1 side. In room fridge stocked with items for sale but no room left for personal items like water or soda. Welcoming Margarita at 4pm check in was a nice touch, but a free bottle of water in the room would have been appreciated. $64 daily valet parking a bit steep but excellent staff service.

Loved the hotel, very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and super helpful with bags and activities and any questions we had

We tried to have drinks at the bar -which had zero ambiance and was crowded with convention drinkers. I asked the bartender about making me a Cosmo - said he didn't have good cosmo making skills. Decided to cocktail off property for the remaining 4 evenings.

Everything from the staff to the room to the location was great. Breakfast at Dorrego’s was very good too.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we love it. It’s perfectly situated near everything and the hotel room is spacious. It’s needs a little more maintenance but overall it’s a great place to stay.
