Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio North - Windcrest by IHG

Very clean, super friendly staff, good breakfast. Definitely would stay here again.

The room and hotel was amazing. All the staff were nice and the breakfast was great

Everything was great! Always nice to stay here.

I said ill go eat something & come back , i took about 30 minutes and came back for him to tell me that it wasn't paid again.. after going back and forth i contacted expedia was on hold for like 30 minutes, expedia told me the reservation was paid and that the hotel was trying to charge me $100 more thats why the virtual card wasnt going through. $100?!!! for what?! After i was aware of that i went back in and try to cancel my reservation, i was going to go to another hotel, once we told the front desk guy he immediately gave us key cards & told us the rooms were ready but after 3hours of waiting in the car with 3 small children... horrible experience with front desk clerk i didnt get his name but he was an Indian Guy. Why would he try to charge $100 more? for what? its not right... make sure if you stay there and pay online dont let them trick you & make you pay more!!! im pretty sure i wasnt t

Everything was nice. Good area for food choices. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was ok. You do have to pay for parking. I would stay again.

Clean and safe. Good value. Would stay again

Room was great...breakfast was good...love the room

.

Habitaciones nuevas con camas cómodas, baños amplios, buen desayuno. El único detalle fue que solo había 2 toallas en la habitación y éramos 3. Al pedir una toalla extra me pidieron llevar las toallas usadas.

I would stay there again.

Everything was in place, would love to come back

All’s good

I actually extended stay and checked out the 11th

We stayed as a family of four and its always so comfortable

Property looked cleaned

I absolutely loved my stay there!! 10/10 recommend! Sholanda was such an amazing help! The room was clean the laundry was easy to use! The breakfast in the morning was delicious!

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I did not like that they charged my card twice.

Good

Always has been a great place to stay after a full day of schlitterbhan !

Makimng customers pay $25 for parking is insulting and greedy. Nowhere in the description nor anytime in YEARS of paying for these types of hotels has parking NOT been included. Just another case of corporate greed ruining the experience of customers over a few extras $s.
