Holiday Inn Express San Antonio Rivercenter Area by IHG

We had a great experience overall. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and neat. There was plenty of space to park safely, and the breakfast was delicious with many options.

Stayed here to attend a concert at the Alamo Dome. Great location and easy to walk to venue. Rooms were comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Clean room, good continental breakfast, parking included, close to downtown San Antonio. Was perfect. Recommend.

Place was nice overall, Alamodome is literally 4 min walk from this hotel making it very convenient for the show we caught. The front desk let us check in way early in order to make the show in time. Very good people overall.

Staff was great and very friendly.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from alamodome and 20 from river walk, the Alamo,

We had a great stay! The room was excellent—very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! One of my favorite things was the location. We loved being within walking distance of the Alamodome, which made everything so convenient. The only downside was that the parking was a little tight, but other than that, everything was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about the property was great. Honestly, one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever been in. The hotel itself was very clean with custodial staff constantly keeping it clean. Breakfast was pretty good given that it was a small area, but it was free so that was great. And then the walking distance to the venue that we were going to attend was awesome. The staff was also super friendly.

A+, the staff was friendly, very clean, great location

Nice friendly staff. Clean room. Best it's walking distance to the river walk.

Staff very nice and helpful, breakfast was very good.

Staff was attentive and kind. The room was clean and stocked. It did seem a little sketchy that the elevator had duct tape in places on the floor.

Quiet and convenient

Very happy with our stay. Free parking and only a couple blocks from the riverwalk. We walked everywhere

It was a nice property and location; we walked to the Alamodome for a concert, as well as to the River Center mall, Alamo, and Riverwalk.

It was a perfect location for the Alamodome. Everyone working there was SOO NICE and sweet. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good! Room was nice! Would definitely stay again! It definitely needs some upgrades with the elevator, clean the pool, I did have some ants in the bathroom on the 4th floor. But they only stayed at the shower so I just washed them away. Honestly would not stop me from staying there again.

I really appreciate the free parking. I was the one reason why I picked this hotel because of the free parking. It was a little tight but other than that free. It’s really not on the the hotels but Booking.com has their checkout time at 12 PM and when I checked in, they had a sign that said 11 AM

Breakfast was more than enough to prepare for the day. Thank you!

Hotel and staff were Great!! Room was spacious and comfortable. my only issue was being on the first floor. hotel is close to a busy street so was noisy too early in morning.

Super convenient for events at the Alamodome. Rooms were comfy, clean and well-equipped for a budget-friendly stay. Front desk staff were welcoming and super helpful, and the free continental breakfast was a nice touch.
