Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton San Antonio Riverwalk

Really nice location along the riverfront. But they really need direct access out the back to the river. You have to still walk all the way around to the front to get in/out. But still very nice to be right on the riverfront. Very walkable area. Did not appreciate the elevators being out of service, but staff was very responsive to try and resolve quickly. Nice variety of breakfast items. Nice space for breakfast. Appreciated the coffee/tea availability all day.

The man that checked me in was very rude. I was upset with Hilton and Expedia. He did nothing to help the situation. I booked a room for one night with a king size bed and when I got to the room it was twin beds. The front desk said they couldn't help because the room was booked by a third party. I'm done with Hilton and Expedia

Rooms are clean but the bathroom floor could be cleaner. Breakfast was ok, didn’t have bacon or sausage on a Saturday morning.

I really loved the view from the room I reserved. I am very happy to have been given room 336. I would pay to have that room again. I will be making content about my experience on Instagram and Tik Tok. One thing I thought could've been better was the breakfast, but just because they only had cold hard boiled eggs. There was no scrambled eggs, no omelets, and there wasn't any sausage or bacon, but I did like the spicy chicken for a spicy chicken sandwich, my son and I liked the waffles and everything else. I REALLY loved the view and the easy access to the river walk! It was such an amazing experience and I will working hard to stay again with my family for more days. Thank you so much! I just didn't like that I had more money to stay another night.
