The location, friendly staff Felt a little stuffy, a little drab

loaction and car park accessibility. noisy, one of elevator was not working poor breakfast.old fashioned dressed hotel.room smelling bad.

In town for a concert, convenient and friendly staff. 2 thumbs up.

It was nice hotel. Easy access to downtown. The beds were like slerpung in a taco and hurt my back. The parking was 30.00 dollars a night. Which is stupid, parking should be park of the stay. What do you think people coming to a hotel walked. Come on!

Excellent stay in the hotel

The place is awesome the only thing is u do have to pay for parking overnight 30.00 we had book at this location because we were attending an event so we had to pay for parking at the hotel plus at the event.

Other place was close for dinner, bar and as close the next night very limited breakfast I got charged for 2 nights on the same night. I was charged for a no show e but I was there in a room. I could not get a my deposited refunded to me. Every one I spoke to were very rude. I had to wait a week to speak to a manager because they wouldn’t be in u til Friday. I was promised a full refund d of $129.00 but in the end got only $54.00. The lady was very rude to me.

A lot of homelss hanging around, didn't feel safe. Hallways smelled, room smelled bad too.

The location was great for what I needed. The elevators were terribly slow and even out of service. There was no microwave available on each floor.

Loved hotel but wouldn’t go back due to parking fees

the rooms were amazing. view was just of a highway. breakfast was good and decent hours was able to sleep in and still get breakfast (if you get the breakfast option.) it was an amazing time. however the only con, the water did take awhile to heat up but when it heated up, it was good.

It wasn’t ready until 8pm

The bathroom was clearly not cleaned before my arrival. There was soap residue left in the bathtub.

Hotel was nice, staff was friendly. Lots of parking Room was very clean however it had a mildew smell.

Very clean and everyone helpful Nothing

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful when we arrived, but the stay was disappointing. Our room had a mildew smell, and water from the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The property needs significant updating. The elevator also wasn’t working properly. Although we were told they were working on it, we had to take the stairs down. Thankfully, we were only on the second floor. Despite the friendly staff, I would not stay here again.

We really enjoyed all the surroundings, everything was so clean the staff was excellent any items needed they were always there ,we really enjoyed every minute we were there

Stay was ok. Blood specks on bathroom wall (small but I notice everything and believe in attention to detail) parking was $30 p night. Good location, but during the stay we found out it’s next to a county jail.
