Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Downtown

I just didn't like the fact the elevator was not working. Also the ice machine when traveling, I rely on the free ice. The staff were good

Worst hotel ever in San Antonio . Everything on different booking sites is a LIE!! Mold everywhere, dirty uncleaned rooms, no fire alarm? And when we ask for new towels and covers guess what? They were DIRTY TOO! Then the pool? That’s a FAKE PICTURE ON THE WEBSITE. This is the pool in my review. Unswimable , unclean, filled with algae and bugs from across the world. And they don’t even have a license to server hot breakfast. All they have is muffins, bread, “yogurt”, juice, coffee and a waffle machine that leaves your waffle uncooked?? And then there vending machine was conveniently broke and the elevator so they’re charging higher for a piece of candy. And the “amazing view” is just the back of a highway!

I like the entertainment/ tv. Lots of choices. Als, there is a baby HEB / Market very close to this property.

Front desk staff was rude , roach in the room and pubic hair in the shower.

They raised the price by $110,because of the event, floors where so dirty i had to keep shoes on. No oce machine, and after I checked in and paid for my 3rd floor room, I was informed the elevator was broken. If I didnt have tickets and drove for 4.5 hrs I wouldn't have stayed.

I didn't get a chance to get breakfast. It was nice overall. There was a wine bottle in the drawers, meaning the cleaning wasn't entirely thorough, but it was at least decent.

My first night i had no ac aaalllll night and staff didn't do anything about it

Area, nice remodeled room No elevator, was not told till after check in elevator was not working

Todo orrible según esta incluido el desayuno y solo ahi café wafles pan nada mas y cucarachas por donde quiera y un olor feo a húmedo no .eso fue orrible

Arrived around midnight and no one was at the front desk. Called several times, you would think they’d carry a wireless phone when stepping away from the front desk but they don’t. Waited almost 30 mins for someone to check us in. The shower was dirty, the wall looked like the wall was wet and the walls next to one of the bed had dry boogers it grossed me out!!! Also they didn’t have much options for breakfast, they only had oatmeal waffles a few cereal and few fruits, we’ve gone to many other places and they offer omelettes, sausage, egg.

It was ok, would be better if have a c at the stair way, cause elevator was out.

Not much to like Elevators not working. Noisy. Bed was hard.

Everything Nothing

First I would like to say staff had amazing customer service very friendly and attentive! Rooms were clean and nice newly renovated! I would recommend!

Nothing The restroom was not cleaned and the toiletries were already opened and used. The room smelled humid and the hotel elevator was broken.
