Courtyard by Marriott Medical Center San Antonio

Very good

The lobby is very pretty & clean. I had to make a new reservation because the front desk person couldn’t find my existing ones. Instead of calling Booking to resolve the issue, she asked me to call. Since the wait was too long, she decided to create a new reservation. Now, I’m receiving a receipt for $402. I’m not sure if this was going to happen, but I hope they don’t charge it to my credit card. One of the beds wasn’t made properly, but that was the least of my worries.

Cute!clean room great staff

Clean room

Welcoming staff. Desk lady was great and accommodating. Great personality. Very welcoming. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and no noisy neighbors or noisy rooms anywhere. Bed was very comfortable.

Room had everything we needed and it was cleaned and organized. The beds were comfy and the AC worked great!

The location is convenient to Methodist and University hospitals, virtually across the road and is about halfway between Seaworld and Downtown. Property was well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. 5 Stars !!

Exceptional

Room was very clean and temperature was excellent. Was there a breakfast? We were not told about that!?! Check in was not the best experience. We came in due to not having electricity in our home for 30 hours in 100 degree heat due to weather. Attended was NOT welcoming at all. Check out attended never look up from her phone while I handed her my key card.

Nice place quite

The staff at this place are outstanding. From check in to grounds to the restaurant. Essie is fabulous!!! We absolutely love talking to her when we are staying. Such a professional and warm person. There is also a grounds person, and I don't know his name, He opens the door for me when I am bringing in my luggage every time we visit. My husband has been under going care for a Hip that got infected with Dr. Buttacavoli at UT Health Orthopedics for months now. There is another organization I want to give a shout out too. This hotel is within 10 minutes of the Dr.'s office and hospital. So you couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Prices are great, and you will not be disappointed in your choice booking here at all.

the room was just the right size with king size bed, it also had a sleeper sofa, at the bottom of it was a large shelf of wood, I walked into it and bruised my shin bone, hurt bad. there was no soap in the soap dispenser, and no lotion in the bottle of lotion.. it was not replaced when the room was cleaned, What's up with sheets that do not fit the bed correctly. this is the second time in two weeks there were poor sheets on the bed. for the price they charge they could at least purchase king size bedding

Superb

Love staying here because there’s always cops in the parking lot. It makes us feel safe and sleep peacefully. Staff is always really helpful and kind. Only thing is that they do need to upgrade beds. We have been staying here for the past 4 years and we love it.

Clean quiet hotel

The staff was so great to us.

Ac didn’t wrk good me n my fiancé was hot the whole time there

We were staying Because we were at Texsan hospital for heart procedure and didn’t want to drive home late at night bcs we live about 2 hours away. Ended with complications and room was used to hold our bags and I went by to check out and took quick shower and left for hospital again. Pretty expensive but bed sure did look nice and comfy but could not sleep in bed had to go back to hospital. Wish we coul get a refund of something bcs it would really help us during this time. Staff was amazing! Thank goodness
