Aloft by Marriott San Antonio UTSA Area

Stayed 2 nights. Wonderful room - really liked the layout. Beds were very comfortable! Parking was free. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Muy mal

Clean, accessible to highway, value for money, safe I didn’t like how they advertised being able to order food and having a menu, direct you to the front desk to order and then the front desk shares how they don’t have a menu and don’t make food at the ready. They only had microwaveable options. The room I bought advertised breakfast included and I wasn’t able to order breakfast.

Bad

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room and property were very clean. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the soft comfortable bedding and pillows. We will stay here again the next time we're in the area.

The room was clean, everything was great

Just loved it! Staff, room,location...highly recommend it

Good stay

Always stayed in Aloft hotels. This one had unclean sheets and a shower/bathroom door that was in need of repair. Disappointed.

Great facility and staff. Location was great as there are a lot places to visit in the area. Room was very comfortable and clean. The park lights were not working.

Thank you so

There were ants that got into my drink right on top of refrigerator are Room 101. The refrigerator didn’t get cold enough and I could see no way to adjust it. It was at lowest 45 degrees, at highest 55 degrees. There was no microwave in the room m. I would expect more from a Marriott.

Convenient to all locations I needed Our room was not very clean the floor was dirty it smelled like cigarettes and the AC was very loud. The floor was coming up in part of the room

Muy bien

Location was perfect for my stay. Easy to park and fast check in. My room was as i saw it on the pictures online , they had breakfast but had to skip due to to our time at San Antonio.

Very clean and modern nice place

Clean rooms. Nice comfy bed. Great to have the bar with an awesome bartender.

Shower was a little dirty when we checked, toilet paper roll was the same one left from the prior stay, because it was used up under half way to being empty, room was hot when we arrived in it, room refrigerator was warm as well. Not sure if housekeeping is instructed to lower temperature down or turn off appliances while cleaning their rooms, but it wasn't a pleasant entrance, we had to turn up the temperatures of the A/C and refrigerator.
