Although Friday was fine, on Saturday the night club next door was open and plays music until 2am. And even with two phones playing white noise and ear plugs, I could still feel and hear the bass from the music. Barely slept on Saturday night due to the bass. There must be more noise cancelling that the hotel can do to avoid this. Was unfortunate that this happened as was other wise a nice stay.

The hotel is right next to a nightclub, and the music was EXTREMELY loud and continued until around 2:30 AM. At that point, the earplugs made perfect sense. 😂 Honestly, this is completely unacceptable. If certain rooms are directly next to a nightclub and are guaranteed to be extremely noisy until 2:30 in the morning, guests should at least be warned before being placed in those rooms. Imagine paying almost $300 for a hotel room and not being able to actually sleep in it. I had a race the next morning, so getting a good night’s sleep was especially important, and I ended up getting very little sleep because of the noise. It was incredibly frustrating and really affected my stay. The one positive thing I can say is that the staff were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the noise completely overshadowed everything else. I would not recommend staying here if getting a good night’s sleep is important to you. If you do stay here, definitely ask for a room far away from the nightclub!

Reservation was made at least 30 days in advance for 2 rooms, me being the optimist would think the rooms would be together. NOPE, room on the second floor one room on the 3rd floor. And $16 a day for parking is ridiculous.

Clean room, comfortable bed, free breakfast. Great location and great value.

The hotel was not far from our activities at the convention center. Took a 7 minute walk. The train to the airport was half a block. The staff were accomodating on all shifts. They were helpful and pleasant always answering questions regarding the city. Our room was always clean. The breakfast in the morning was fairly standard for included breakfasts. The check in and out process expedient. We were on the second floor. The noise from the room above was substantial when guests were walking back and forth, otherwise pleasantly confortable room and bed.

Breakfast was a nice surprise. We knew that it was included but to have the variety we had was not what we had expected. The little find the duck game had my child and husband looking for ducks everywhere we went. The parking fee was a surprise when we got checked in, I paid it cause I had no choice but would have felt better if that was included when we booked the room. The complementary ear plugs made no sense until about 11:30 pm on Saturday night when the music from surrounding places got so loud it woke me up. The pool was a bit cold.

During our first night there around 3 a.m. we heard someone banging on the door down the hallway. We could hear people laughing outside in the parking lot. Never heard of parking fee at hotel just sleep there. Plus we weren't check out yet, we only went to meeting early in the morning we return back to our room by 10 a.m. the house keeping clean out our room, we wanted to rest up little bit more before our long drive that day.

very good breakfast I didn't like having to pay extra for parking.
-
Very noisy outside the window, on the floor above and in the hall. Not able to sleep all night. HVAC difficult to control- either cold or hot.
-
Our rooms window had water leak on the inside when we had a storm. Asked for maintenance to come look at it but was told there was nobody on. Did not feel safe after dark walking around. The pool was not in use for the first 2 days.
