I love how quiet it is. Even while the housekeepers were cleaning, you couldn’t hear a thing—no loud noises at all. Even when you go downstairs, there’s still a really good vibe while being peaceful and quiet. I also really love the location. ❤️

Everything was beautifully set up. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms large. No breakfast buffet, just a counter with premade fruit salads, other salads and pastries and coffee and tea.

We stayed one night. Upon arrival the hallways were uncomfortably cold with loud fans blowing the A/C. There were several popcorn kernels on the floor by the window and a dirty, but folded towel, overlooked by house keeping in the bathroom. During the night the air conditioning automatically shuts down and the room became uncomfortably warm. In the morning we were able to adjust again. The A/C vents in the room were noisy like the hallways. For $700 a night we expected more. The neighborhood was new with lots of shops and eatery’s. A park with music and a fun vibe was a great gathering place for many. The location is great..however, the hotel itself was disappointing and did not live up to its price tag. It was a holiday inn experience with a four seasons price tag. Do better Artisan.

Great hotel in Boston area. It provides the same value of $500-700 hotels in the city.

The hotel was nice and we loved the Village that it was part of. The picture on the website was deceiving, It seemed the hotel was on the side with no view of the pond and the other half were private condo’s with a beautiful view. We were there on a weekend which we wouldn’t do again, there were hundreds of young adults at the outside bar next to the hotel.

One of our favorites. You don’t have to leave Tuscan Village to have a great time.

The hotel was in a great location. Plenty of food places around walking distance from shops right off highway. Staff was very helpful. If ever in the area would stay there again. The pool area was great too. I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like .

Stunning location. Very clean and pleasant staff. Hotel restaurant and bar closing at 9pm Seemed early but other options available close by.
