Front desk ladies were very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately we had a dog barking on our floor close by. The rooms including bathroom needs some TLC upgrade ... repairs. The location is good with Bagel Base a great go to around the corner.

Place looks like it is being updated some but room smelled, bathroom update looked like rookie did it, room had previous water damage and not repaired properly. Slept ok and in safe area

Front desk staff was rude, property is very outdated, our room had to be changed twice due to the A/C not working in the first room and then the second room smelling like mold and having a big soft spot on the floor.

The room I was assigned was smelly and musty and we couldn't sleep because it was damp and the next day the room was flooded, the manager assigned me another room, previously I was in 332 and she passed me to room 321 which was clean and better

Nothing, the worst stay of my life. - The receptionist was very rude. - We had to move rooms due to the horrible odor in the hallway and room. - When we moved to another floor, we encountered the same issue: everything was damp and smelled. There was a dirty cotton bud on the floor, and the bathroom was old and dirty. - Only two outlets worked. - I woke through the night to loud sounds coming from the fridge. - The air conditioner is dirty, and the air is not hygienic; it also sounds like an airplane. - I was upset the first night as I was scared to sleep in the bed; it felt so dirty that I was worried about bed bugs.

The room was not at all clean. Room has lots of bed bugs and we couldn’t sleep at night. Bathroom lock was not working and doors and taps were rusty.
