It was exceptionally clean and staff was super friendly. Location for me was perfect! The mattress was Super firm which some people love, me not so much. Otherwise I liked everything about the property.

Passable

I was traveling with my cousin, who is handicapped. By far, it was the best handicapped shower in a hotel he had ever used! I didn’t like I had to pay $30 a night to park at the hotel, even though o had a room there.

Parking is an absolute nightmare. Small parking lot, PAY to PARK $30 a day. Didn't even get to park in the actual lot, it was an overflow lot, with dumpsters in it. Check in was at 3pm. We arrived around 5pm due to unforseen traffic. Rooms still arent ready. We weren't the only ones either. Plenty of others affected by this. My wife was not happy, as now she has nowhere to get ready and do her makeup and hair before her event. We were not offered any consolation, within about 30 mins she says we have a room. Head up to the room, and there is a stench of something we couldn't quite figure out. The sheets and bedding did not have the best smell either. Overall, I wouldnt not recommend staying here. There are many other beautiful hotels in that area that are cleaner, prettier and closer to the downtown historic district. Also, no real entertainment in the room. Plug in rabbit ears and over the air channels. No way to stream from your device or access streaming services. Paying for my car to sleep in the parking lot while I pay to sleep in the building is laughable. Do better Hilton.

Very clean, spacious rooms, and close to the center. Walking distance to the Fountain of Youth. Highly recommended for quality and affordability.

No big deal but it costs $30 per day to park on the property. I was unaware of that.

This hotel was incredible, the staff could not be any nicer and accommodating. I can't wait to go back here. Excellent place to stay

Seamless check in, lovely lobby, and clean interior. Our room (king bed w/ balcony) was phenomenal! We were hesitant when driving up whether the balcony would be a legitimate one when we noticed faux barred accents on each room window however we were excited to discover our very own private balcony overlooking the river when we went to our room! It was spacious with several chairs and an end table that we had brought back breakfast and enjoyed it with a view in the morning. Not too much noise polution at night despite being right off the major road. The room itself was gorgeous, modern and perfect for our stay. The bathroom had a nice walk in shower as well which is always an amenity we look forward to. Its also walking distance to the fountain of youth so we were able to visit in the morning before checking out! I highly recommend staying here if youre coming to visit St Augustine and will likely stay here again next time I visit!

There was not a Bible in the room. Luckily I brought my own.

Property was clean and appealing to the eye Decor-wise. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is there aren’t really any stores within walking distance. I do always enjoy being able to just walk to a gas station from my hotel
