Clean rooms and great staff
-
Todo muy bien, excelnte ubicación. tranquilo, limpio, bonito .No esta incluido el desayuno.

The room did not have a garbage can. When I let the staff know they brought me a garbage bag not a garbage can. They come and clean the room every 2 days not daily. The hotel is located next to huge power lines.

The facility was very clean, modern, comfortable. The electric car charger was a plus! It was easy to ride share from the hotel to downtown. The hotel door was very sticky and hard to open, same with the bathroom sliding glass door. May be difficult for an older person to open and close.

So, the location was great for walking around. For $22 per day for parking, I found that useful. There was no free breakfast at all. Thankfully the locations around were within walking distance. The room was clean, but the A/C was not consistent with its temperature. It would get super warm in the room before the a/c turned on again. The pool was so tiny my husband didn't want to use it because it felt like an invasion of space if someone else was in it. It belongs in someone's backyard...not the hotel. Also, anytime someone was out in the hall, I could hear them. I could hear the doors opening and people talking. Overall, I wouldn't go back there. I'd find a place that feels less business oriented and more family/ vacation oriented. As a hotel in the middle of a tourist area...no shuttle to location options are offered either!

Good choice

Great staff and excellent location.

3 doors down is the very good St Augustine Fish Camp. Worth the 5 min walk.

First, the way the bathrooms are set up give very little privacy for those sharing a room. The bathroom doors are a terrible design and are hard to open without hanging then back and forth in the track. Second, housekeeping never came to our room the first day and we didn't get back to the hotel until about 7. The next day, they came around 930 and we were all still in the room so they didn't come in. By the third day, trash had accumulated and no one had been by. Third, the parking. There is ample parking on the property and when we checked in, the lady at the front desk said specifically parking was 20 bucks a day. She ran my card right then. During checkout, they emailed me my receipt and charged an additional 10.29 for parking. When I questioned it they said they were sorry for the miscommunication but parking is 22 a day plus tax. I'm sorry, I shouldn't be responsible for their miscommunication. And paying for parking is ridiculous anyways although I know it's more common now. Overall, nice hotel, but I feel our experience could have been better.

Todo esta bien , me gusto la habitación todo en general.
-
Brand new hotel. .5 miles from downtown next to the ice plant..perfect
-
Had to go to other floors to find a buggy
-
ATTENTIVE AND HELPFUL STAFF. GREAT LOCATION.
-
The property was a lower quality than I expected from Marriott. Small pool, view less than exciting. Food was very good, staff was helpful and kind. Received no housekeeping services during my 4day stay
-
Clean rooms. Location was within 10 min walk of main attractions.

We had adjoining rooms and they were spacious, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels. My only suggestion would be somewhere else to hang those hangers by the door and fix the ice machine on 3. Breakfast was decent for the price and the area was clean. We ate on the patio. Female bartender was hilarious, unfortunately I can't remember her name. She made up an interesting Frocktale for my sister.

Awesome check-in and check out.
-
Zero amenities, horrible coffee, $18 per person breakfast, mini fridge too small. A lovely view of construction on the waterside AC and mini fridge barely worked. And 2 different bags of chip to choose from for snacks from "the gift shop" definitely will never be back". tiny tiny tiny rooms and super uncomfortable beds and pillows. Oh and a glass barn door for a bathroom door, how great for children and couples

The hotel is overpriced for what is offered. And the separate parking charge is outrageous. The hotel has its own giant parking lot

Nice, clean hotel. We would definitely stay here again!
