It’s an older hotel. It’s fine. Everyone’s very nice and it served our purposes perfectly.

We have stayed here

I love the stuff here. So super great. I think the breakfast man is amazing
-
Clean room just very dated facility.

Better than sleeping in the car but not by much

Eggs + Sausage, muffins were good. Room issues were not addressed - reported broken sink on Wednesday, it was not repaired when we checked out Monday. Reported a sink drain leaking onto the floor Saturday, it was not fixed when we checked out Monday. We had to use towels to catch the water as not to flood the room. Cleanliesss of the elevators and hallways was poor - it looked like the neighbor had spilled hot pocket or cheese sauce all over the floor and walls, this was still an issue 5 days after check-in.

The staff was great! Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Room was clean, comfortable and affordable!!!

AC didn’t work properly, staff promised to have maintenance check it but they never did. I was loaned a box fan though, thanks a lot. The room was NEVER cleaned throughout my three night stay even though their website claims ‘daily housekeeping’ but they also claimed to have air conditioned rooms so go figure. The shower curtain rod bowed out for extra room in the shower but the shower curtain was a foot too short so the bathroom was flooded every time. They are going to find that the price of a shower curtain would have been cheaper than repairing flood damage. The hot and cold water were plumbed backwards probably by the same guy in charge of shower curtains. The breakfast tasted good but wasn’t worth the diarrhea two hours later. The hallway carpet looked like a crime scene. On the plus side the room was quiet. I think. Hard to tell over the noise of the box fan

My hotel room smelled like vomit.

The staff were fantastic and the location was good. The rooms were musty and not very clean. The whole hotel was terribly worn down. The air conditioner was not good, the plumbing was not good. The sheets were not cotton, rather a cheap synthetic material, the mattress were uncomfortable.
-
The hotel was adequate. The hot breakfast was very nice. The price was way to high for a standard room with a small bathroom. Staff was friendly.

Receptionist was great. Very professional. Condition of the property beyond the lobby was poor. Carpeting was nasty. Walls and doors were badly marked up. Needed painting. Cleanliness: first room we were assigned had a horrible odor. Second room had chunks of food on the desk and hair in the sink and shower and on the bathroom floor. Wasn't even vacuumed.

Bottom floor, in a huge hallway by the entrance so you can hear people talking in the lobby all night. The room had an awful mildew smell, carpets and floor were sticky. Toilet had dried yellow pee all over it, old food was left in the fridge, dead cockroaches when we walked in. Microwave was broken, and bathroom towels had permanent yellow stains all over them. Thankfully the front of the house staff was able to replace the microwave and clean the bathroom. I cannot recommend stayed head, they have a real housekeeping issue and do not clean the rooms properly. Stay away.

They took my dogs It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve literally ever stayed in, comparable to remote roadside motel. I have pictures if anyone is interested. Hair on the toilet, trash on the floor, hair ties on the sink, dirty mirror, dirty carpet not only in the room, but the hallway. Elevator was disgusting. Never, never again.

The floors were dirty, the shower did not look like it had been cleaned, and the door to our room had to physically be pushed to even close. Also, the room temperature would not go down below 70 even when we put the air conditioner down to 64.
-
Yes the smell of a dirty facility as you walk in the uncleanliness of the hotel stained sheets drain to the bathroom clogged with hair causing it to be difficult to shower before the tub fills with water dog hair on the carpets and hallway carpets dirty
-
Rooms were dirty, carpet smelled, new manager asked to give them another try, she was new manager, we will try again.
