First, the woman working the desk was so friendly and thoughtful. The room was perfect. I really like a toilet and sink in one room with shower and sink in a separate room. Had a sleeper sofa couch, and it was nice to have a sitting area from the bed. Had a refrigerator and coffee maker which we utilized. The beds were clean, yes we always check for bed bugs first thing. I have stayed at this hotel on 4 other occasions, never any bed bugs and the rooms are always nice and clean. The AC worked perfectly, kept us cool at a perfect temperature all night. It was a l9vely stay. I will use this hotel again AND had my sister in for a visit and they are going to use this hotel in Oct when they need to stay in town overnight. Wonderful place and conveniently located in Rosenberg, Tx.

Room was in a location of my preference and staff exuded excellent customer service.

It was definitely NOT the property. I booked through booking.com, received a confirmation but when I got to the hotel, they did not have my reservation nor any rooms available. I was stuck with 3 children ( 1yr, 6 yr & 8 yr ) Just coming from a funeral too. Then had to find another hotel which cost me $78 more and booking.com said they would only reimburse me up to $38. When I went to the link given, it then said it could not be found. I will NEVER use you again and I will share my experience with everyone I know Na
