Overall comfortable Doscrepency of information. Pricing of parking was advertised at a different eate than hotel attempted to charge. Breakfast was included in my booking but hotel did not provide that. Breakfsst was availnle for additional charge. Floor has not been washed fir a long time. I understand that may not be needed after each guest but it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Bathroom needs a better cleaning as well

Clean rooms, comfy beds, large bathroom, friendly staff. Room service was great but so expensive.

Bathroom was larger and had a good size shower. The rainfall head is not for me so I used the handheld which didn’t have a lot of pressure. How’s a girl supposed to wash her thick hair. Lol. Some wallpaper was peeling in spots but overall very nice and clean. The seventh floor ice machine was broken so had to go down and use the sixth floor. It smelled like clean and bleachy stepping off on sixth. Stepping off the elevator on seventh smelled of cigarette. I didn’t enjoy that. Good location, less than 10 min walk to Rosemont station to ride into city. Just down the street from outlet mall. Overall nice stay for a quick trip.

Overall great place, there was a strange/bad smell on the first floor on the side where you park your vehicle ($45) but besides that’s great!
