Location is the only advantage, breakfast is OK Squeeky bed. No enough lighting in the room. Very frustrating when cups are not clean and they would come everyday and do nothing about them. Bed sheet don't get changed even if dirty. Bathroom not cleaned daily, they just remove trash and restock towels. I really question their hiegyne standards... Shame it is associated with Hilton brand.

The beds are comfortable, water was hot and strong stream which is perfect. Rooms are spacious but need a microwave. Elevators are slow when busy. Easy parking. Staff were nice. One of the more comfortable hotels that I ever stayed.

2. I didn't like that there was not enough parking, and $35.00 per night. 3. The in-room TV's are very old and small. 4. They don't use comforters on their beds. I froze with only two very thin linens. What I liked was the room was cleaned daily. We stayed for a week and very much liked the house keeping. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly. The elevators were good condition and never a long wait. You could use some marketing materials in the room. We didn't know you had a bar until the 3rd day.

Only stayed for 1 night. The hotel is older and is in need of serious renovations. While our room appeared clean, the furniture and fixtures were very outdated. The hallways are very dark and need painting, the carpets are worn out. Even the cabinetry in the front lobby are worn and cheap quality. I would not stay here again

Good airport shuttle service, clean comfortable room

Some Night the room was pretty cold,then it would be hot.The rooms at least were cleaned everyday.Thought the menus needed more variety.

The staff was super nice and rooms where nice and clean just the elevators was issue.

Check-in. At the time of check-in (12:30am), I requested a wake-up call for 5am to ensure a 7:15am flight. At 6:03am I awakened on my own in a panic knowing we would miss our flight. I called the FD and asked why there was no call as requested - the FD person (who was the same person we asked for the wake-up call 5 hours ago when we checked in did not show much in the way of trying to explain the reason for not getting one. We asked for the shuttle severice to expedite us in attempting to get to the airport asap. informed that it would be about 15 min before it would be ready. Asked if he could get us a taxi and he said he would get us one. When we came down to the lobby to check out, there was no apology for the failed wake up call.. Flight missed, had to reshedule to a later flight to Madison, Wisconsin.
