DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles - Rosemead

I have been coming to this location for some time. I was also comfortable with my service dog and the staff was amazing with him. Perhaps you have a designated pet area? I continue to bring up that the carpets are extremely dirty not only in the rooms but the hallways. This trip I asked for my room to be refreshed, and I got a restock of coffee. Upon my arrival there were price tags on the floor by the curtains that I am confident if they had cleaned properly, they would have seen. There was also coffee spilled on the counter the TV sits on that were not cleaned up.

Hotel was cool, do have to pay for breakfast.. pool was okay.. it was clean though.. in a decent area. Would rebook here again. Staff was friendly. Wish they had housekeeping at night

Everything about our stay was WONDERFUL. First Class environment and employees. Wish we had done the Breakfast buffet....WILL DEFINITELY stay again next time in LA.

Clean, convenient, nice staff. I appreciate the free water in the lobby. The store had a nice variety of snacks but was way too overpriced. Wish parking was cheaper.

The hotel canceled my reservation due to no rooms available. We didn't get a notification until we arrived to check in. They tried to place us at another hotel 20 miles away from my b event. No refund has been issue by the hotel or expedia. It's been two weeks.

Lot.

The room bedding was stained, but the staff was excellent. Parking was convenient and easy to access. However, the WiFi went down, which was inconvenient during our stay. I’ve been staying at this hotel for years before the new building was constructed, and I must say that it has undergone significant changes. Perhaps they could upgrade the bathroom showerhead, as it was quite old.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great location and nice amenities.

Clean room staff was friendly Seemed the WiFi was down and I couldn’t watch Disney+ as it kept freezing. Ended up leaving after about 2 hours and went to another hotel for the night

Great stay, big hotel, big room, clean and nice staff, mall near by, stores and restaurants great area, freeway entrance near by too, quiet and comfortable, definitely will stay here again

The room had a lot of carpet stains. The staff is really noisy while cleaning the rooms around us.

My stay at the DoubleTree-Rosemead was pleasant and fair - it had everything a good hotel should. Room was clean, shower was spacious, there was 24/7 service in the lobby, and a pool/hot tub for guests. There are elevators on both ends of the hotel, which makes it easier for guests to enter and exit their rooms, and the halls are generally quiet, with no obnoxious residents or rowdy neighbors. All of this makes the DoubleTree Hotel a great place to stay, accompanied with the fun little town of Montebello, which has a great mall to visit right across the street from the hotel. In short, when looking for an affordable but reliable hotel in/around the LA area, consider the DoubleTree-Rosemead.

Property is to old, it rained so there was a leaking roof. So we couldn’t use the stairs. Also room was is to outdated, old furniture and the wall paper was all bubbly. Also the bathroom and room had ants, this has been the worse Hampton inn experience I’ve ever encountered. The only good thing was the beds and pillows.

I requested an extra day and was told no problem. When I called the following morning the extra day was not logged and I had to leave and scrounge for another hotel at last min. Deeply disappointed especially since I am a long time visitor.
