Arka Motel

We enjoyed our stay it’s a beautiful area.

This is a contactless motel. If the code & everything inside works, good. If you have a problem, it's best to text, calls after 5pm don't seem to work. There's no cleaning or refreshing, that's your job, but if you need towels or coffee, etc. text & they will deliver. Pool is nice, room is nice. We had a problem when we arrived, the maid was cleaning, it was raining & she was wonderful in helping to solve our problem.

Arka was a bit of a hike from Crystal Bridges, but it was worth it. We arrived after dark to a shinning beacon. Even though the office was closed it was a welcome site. After punching in a code, we ahhhhhhed over the comfortable appearance of the room. Everything was exceedingly clean and well appointed. It wasn't long before we were tucked into bed for the night. The bed linens, the pillows and the matress were exactly what we needed after a very busy day at the museum. The next morning we were well rested and ready for another day at CB. The cleanliness and comfort of the quaint retro room was exactly what I had hoped for in seeking out a unique place to spend the night!

Bed and shower was perfect. Definitely will stay again.

Lobby closed up before I got there at 7:45 never saw anybody. HARD to even check-in. If I hadn’t paid would have just left

This was a clean and attractive place to stay. Our only criticism was that they have ice, but no ice bucket or plastic bags to use to get it back to the room.

Loved this motel! The room was clean and decorated nicely! The checkin was seamless and easy! We will be back!

Loved this ultra retro look. It's a hidden treasure, Off the beaten path but still accessible to the city.

Other than the rooms being strangely dark it was a great stay. Stayed 4 nights. Got to use the pool (such was a great temp), but sadly couldn’t use the fire pit area in the back (only because of the county wide Burn Ban in effect). Looked like it would be great in the fall though.

Very clean, very well- maintained, great beds, great shower, great attention to detail, extremely quiet, couldn’t ask for more, definitely our new go-to when we visit NWA.

Your told to go to the lobby for more coffee pods but there’s no one ever in the lobby

Slightly disappointed that the bike trail was not really in working order....doesn't look like its been ridden in years. Unfortunately the room don't look as good as the pics. Kitchenette was nice, however there was hair on the shower floor and the carpet under the beds looked dirty and stained. Pool was clean and nice.

You can not walk anywhere roads are too dangerous. There was not a receptionist. Everything is done through text. The price is a little high for what you get.
