There was no soap or body wash, key card did not work consistently. The bathroom floor was slippery from something used to clean the floor.

I had a decent stay at the Sheraton. I arrived later in the evening due to a schedule conflict, so I missed out on all the cool amenities the hotel offers, but overall it was a comfortable experience. The room was a little dusty, but still within standard hotel cleanliness. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Chris and the young woman at the front desk were exceptional! What truly stood out was not being rushed during checkout. That was a first for me, and I appreciated it more than I expected. I did need help with my bags, but my room phone didn’t seem to be working. I let the front desk know I needed a few extra minutes to gather the rest of my things, and they were very lenient and understanding. I was disappointed that the pool was closed, especially since that was the main reason I booked this location. My only real gripe was the convention happening on the day of checkout ... it made things a bit chaotic and definitely pushed on my anxiety. Otherwise, no major complaints. A comfortable stay with standout staff and a surprisingly relaxed checkout experience. Fridge and microwave in room, a plus!

My room and bath were spotless. The Desk Clerk was very helpful. And my dinner there was delicious! It was a very nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay and excellent staff.

Very good

The bath tub/shower was very slippery and dangerous with no rubber mat for the floor of the shower.

Never recommend to stay at this property

Room was good size, clean. Nice area for the hotel, quiet. Breakfast one of the best we have had; and the staff there is extra nice.Room negatives: the A/C could not be adjusted and it was an icebox; we had to turn it off entirely. Also, no electrical outlets for chargers -phone,hearing aids etc, not near the beds or even on the desktops. Finally, you need to upgrade the wifi; not a strong signal. Still a good stay
-
Not a huge problem, but most other hotels we stay at include free breakfast — also, the pool was closed. Can’t complain though — we got a good price.

It was a nice hotel in a convenient location
-
Be aware breakfast is not included in the price-not even coffee. Available $17 per person.

I thought the restaurant would be open (Sunday night) but it wasn't. Maybe I should check back but I thought it was open 7 days a week. Maybe my mistake. Otherwise a very nice place.
