My stay was very nice! Breakfast was wonderful! I regret that it was advertised as if you had a view of the lake. You don't! The view was obstructed due to construction of a fairly new 5-story residential complex. Access to the Harbor was very convenient! I will be staying again!

The staff is amazing. The room was super clean. The location is great! Would definitely return here.

We tried to check in and were told that no rooms were available because of a housekeeping shortage. They sent us to another hotel and said that the stay would be free because of the trouble, but we were still charged for the stay.

Paid in advance to stay at this location this past Saturday, 08/29/2026. Arrive to check in around 5pm and was told we don’t have any rooms available because we have one person cleaning all the rooms due to staffing issues. Staff member stated it should not be long. I told staff member that’s fine because we were going to go hang out for a few hours at the Harbor anyway. 9pm, four hours later wife and I come back to get the keys to a room and we were told sorry we still have no rooms available but we are giving vouchers to another hotel across the highway. Hotel across the highway does not have easy access to the lake/harbor nor is it comparable. So I pay in advance for the available rooms that it allows me to book and expect to have the room I chosen but get turned away because you have no housekeepers which is unacceptable. Not even a hey we are sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Definitely not a good experience and I have stayed there several times before!

I loved everything from the breakfast to the room and how welcoming the staff is

The breakfast cleaning lady was rude. I didn’t appreciate the hostile alternation that she cause over a drink at 9:30a after I was told by the front desk breakfast time ended at 10a. Don’t think it was that big of a deal especially after I already had the drink in my hand. Very rude and uncalled for behavior!

Very nice roomy room, clean and quiet. Great location near lakefront Rockwall, movies, and nice restaurants.

The room was nice and suited our needs well. The location was perfect, with plenty of food options and entertainment nearby, including a movie theater, which made everything very convenient. The pool was a bit small and didn’t appear to be the clearest, and the breakfast was fairly average compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at that offered a wider selection. Overall, though, we had a good experience and I’d give our stay an 8.5/10.
