Smell of the hotel, stains on the carpet and the pubic hairs I found in my tub upon arrival was a bit off-putting. Linens did not smell fresh.

Check in was quick and Samir was great. The room was very nice. We were traveling with a small dog and Samir put us in a room right next to the outside door, very helpful.

Given how late it was and how tired our kids were, we decided to stay rather than pack everyone up and move, but it made for a very uncomfortable night. The room also had other cleanliness and maintenance issues that made the overall experience feel well below what we expected. We understand that hotel rooms won't always be perfect, but visible mold and such a strong odor are significant concerns. Unfortunately, based on the condition of our room, we would not stay at this property again.

The hotel allows pets but they don’t allow pets at continental breakfast. It is forcing guests to leave the pets alone in the room. I understand the reason for pet not allowed in the dining area, but with possibility that the pet may chew and destroy items in the room due to anxiety when they are alone, the policy does not make sense. Besides, we went to the restaurant nearby the hotel and they allowed pets inside the restaurant.

We got a suit with 2 bedrooms it was a wonderful weekend ! Clean room, good AC, We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and courteous. The location super convenient. Grocery store, multiple restaurants and a movie theater in the same shopping center next to the hotel.

Someone was beating on our door had to call police, we were scared and felt unsafe

I loved the feeling of community there. The happy hour is a plus that you have to allow your guests to see each other and have a familiarity. I have family close to the location.

The staff was friendly and easy to work with, and you can't beat free breakfast and happy hours. If I'm ever in Roseville again, I'll for sure be staying here.

Samir at check in was amazing, the room was clean and stocked with everything we could ever need. I slept through breakfast but they did seem to have diet cokes fountain which was much appreciated
