Quality Inn Rock Springs - Green River

This is an old motel. It could use some updating in the bathroom with the dirty grey caulking. Not used to low toilets--hard for older people. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with variety.

Staff was great, but this is a motel and that was not clear on the description. This is an old property and needs some maintenance. The room also smelled odd. The AC was in the bathroom? Overall, did not meet the expectations.

Good value, close to the hwy, light breakfast included, clean and the water pressure in the shower was very good. lol Older and could use some repairs

Sorry to say that I didn't like anything. I spent the extra $30 to stay at the Sparks Hilton on the way back where I loved everything. Carpets were dirty, sheets were itchy, room lock didn't feel secure enough. Breakfast: Eggs and sausage undercooked, very limited selection, coffee not great.

A lot of the rooms need to be rehabbed.

I only like the staff Location outdated need more improvement in the room.

It felt a little disconnected. Breakfast was in a different building than the room.

Comfortable bed The tv didn’t work for a whole day and the phone didn’t work at all. So I couldn’t call the front desk I had to walk all the way to it!!!

The hot water did not work and the latch on the door did not work so wasn't sure if the door was actually closed most of the time

For the price it was ok. Tub wouldn't drain, would fill all the way up to top after 2 quick showers. Told front desk and they sent housekeeping(like what are they going to do). Housekeeping didn't do anything so we stood in 20" of water every shower. Breakfast ended at 9 which I thought was early and this caused a massive influx of people about 845 , so waited to get our waffle or eggs but it was hot and decent. Front desk gal very friendly

Everything was nice and clean. The location was easy to find.

Beds are kind of worn out

The outside looked a bit dated. Inside was very well kept. However, as a single woman, I felt unsafe as there were several trucks around the area of my room with several young men hanging out drinking beer near their trucks.

Nothing The outside wasn’t clean or inviting we had to ask for a different room due to some existing damage that should have been fixed before the room was rented again

Easy to get to from the interstate

Staff has always and friendly and cocktail hour and Breakfast are ALWAYS above the competition.

Clean room but the ac didn't really work. Wouldn't get below 72 I'd say.

Needs to be updated. Looks like one of the very first motels built in Rocksprings. Photos make it look way better
