The hotel was inexpensive and close to Rochester so you can enjoy all that the city has to offer. The room was clean and comfortable. There were some repairs that needed to be done, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Great front desk help. Very kind.

Not too clean

The refrigerator made a grinding noise, so I moved it a bit, and a cockroach ran out from under it, and under a baseboard. The bedding was clean, tight and white. This was my only comfort. Overall, the room looked dirty and cheap. I thought the cleaning staff tried to do as good a job as they could, but the fixtures of the room were worn and dingy looking. This didnt feel good. The least expensive way to improve a space is paint. The owner really should fix this. A room doesn’t have to be large to be good. This small room could be simple, sparkly and clean. Why make a client walk into a room like this and feel shock as I did. Small is fine, dirty appearance is not. These were my first thoughts. I wasn’t looking forward to going back that evening, sadly. I really wanted to find another hotel and lose this money. When I returned that evening, I didnt turn on the lights so I wouldn’t have to see the space. The bed was tight, white and clean. I got through the night, with earplugs to block the grinding noise from the refrigerator. In the morning I packed and checked out.

I liked the location. Stores and places to eat were very convenient. As for the room,,, was VERY dirty. And the staff at the time was very rude. She looked like she was pissed off at life!!!!
-
The evening front desk lady was extremely rude and very unprofessional.
-
They no clean the room every day and no chance the bath towel every day
-
It is very poorly maintained and dirty.
-
quiet and relaxing place
-
The staff was very nice and is clearly working hard to make guests feel welcome. Yes it’s dated and could be cleaned but you get what you pay for.
-
I'm definitely coming back to stay hotel.again.
-
People who worked there were friendly, helpful and definitely come back again to stay there.
-
My room was near the entrance of the hotel. The hotel has two benches for people to sit down. It was midnight, and people were there talking for hours. It was so noisy and loud that I could not sleep.

Very clean
-
Place is nothing to be proud of the smell in the rooms are terrible there’s no cable tv just streaming the room was clean but everything is outdated the bed I may say was decent to sleep on you can’t ask for anything else it’s a econo lodge I stayed there years ago when it was owned by the old owners and it was a really nice place but now it’s owned by new owners and to me it’s run down and all that is cared about is profit and not the people renting the rooms I definitely won’t stay there again
