Great room. Weird hotel layout but kickass room

I like that the location was close to were I was working. And the staff have been exceptionally kind and helpful. Nothing that I can think of.

Everything was great! Wasn’t able to use the pool due to it being closed but that’s ok!

Everything was great except the pool was closed, I wish we would’ve known that prior to booking, as it was the only reason we stayed there.

Just FYI, the room with a tub was disgusting, the tub was not clean at all and was not up to the mark at all; also the room had a peculiar smell to it, which was not good too!!! Also while booking this place, we had instructed that we wanted joining rooms with our friends, however when we got there, we were told that the hotel was fully booked and they cannot accommodate that. I do not think the Hotel was fully book, looking at the number of cars parted you could gage how busy / full the hotel is, I would say, it was not even 50 % full and we were not given a joining room, I guess we did not directly book it with the hotel website that is why??? Would I stay here again, absolutely not. Would I recommend this to other? Not really. Also the parking lot had a lot of pot holes which should have been taken care of. Few months back when we stayed at Hampton Inn, they even had free coffee near the reception area, here nothing like that.

Dinner was great. Staff, bartender was very sweet. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Pool was closed for maintenance. Only issue was breakfast was buffet limited for the price. We went elsewhere for breakfast.

The first room assigned to us had a strong smell of marijuana and, alarmingly, its door was unlocked when we arrived. This raised serious concerns about security and how the rooms are being managed. The staff were neither welcoming nor helpful, and the television did not work—I eventually had to troubleshoot and fix it myself. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The condition of the property, poor service and security concerns make it nowhere near worth the price. I deeply regret choosing to stay here and would not recommend it. Everything about this hotel was disappointing from the moment we checked in. Even more disturbing, we encountered bedbugs shortly after getting into bed. This left us with grave concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and the standard of housekeeping being carried out. I enjoy my stay. The room was clean.

Thank God they had rooms available after disaster with another hotel. Conveniently located to many amenities and U of Rochester just 10 min away, it hit the spot.
